How To Manifest What You Want In Your Life

Begin by determining what you want from life. Grab a pen and paper and make a mental list of everything you want in your life. When it comes to articulating each wish, be as specific as possible. Instead of stating “I want to have a successful career,” try something like “By the end of this year, I want to earn six figures coaching five clients.”

After you've figured out what you want, ask yourself why you want these things. You can be sure that you really want what you believe you want—and for the proper reasons. We sometimes desire particular things as a result of the influence of others. Knowing what is true for us and determining whether the things we desire in our lives are indeed what we desire is a crucial element of the manifesting process.

It's time to tie your desire to a fishing line, cast it out to sea, and beg the universe for it now that you've clearly determined what you want and why. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Prayer is something that some individuals do. Others choose to meditate. Some people choose to write a letter to the universe. Vision boards are used by others. To get your request out there, you can use your favourite method or a combination of them, but the most essential thing is to get it out there—spoken, written, or otherwise.

Repetition has a lot of power, so proclaiming your dreams out loud several times a day and writing them down over and over will help you create more.

It's all well and well to send your wishes out into the cosmos, but you'll need faith and belief to see your dreams come true. Even if it can be difficult to believe in something you can't see or know for sure, it's necessary to do so in order to receive from the universe.

You've probably heard of the “Law of Attraction,” and that's exactly what you're dealing with when it comes to manifesting. Our ability to attract what we believe is referred to as the Law of Attraction. So, if you believe wonderful things will happen, good things will happen. Contrary to popular belief, if you don't believe wonderful things will happen, they won't. What is the story's moral? Believe wholeheartedly that you can and will achieve your goals.

Trust is an important part of the manifesting jigsaw because you must be able to trust even when things don't unfold according to your plan. Part of the process is trusting that you will obtain what you want at the correct moment and letting go of resentment if it doesn't happen precisely when you want it to.

You've stated your intentions, and you're in the right frame of mind to stay the course. It's now up to you to take action. It's not enough to just sit around and wait for your dreams to come true. You can boost your chances of manifesting your desires by taking even the slightest effort toward them. We recommend making it a regular habit to write down 2-3 activities you'll take to get closer to your goals each day and then checking them off at the end of the day. (As a side note, who doesn't enjoy the feeling of crossing things off their to-do list?)

It's critical to understand that there will be setbacks along the way to success. As you progress through the manifestation process, you will face obstacles, but forethought and awareness are the most effective ways to overcome them. A negative mindset and toxic individuals are two of the most prevalent obstacles that might obstruct manifestation.

If you're having trouble breaking free from a cycle of self-doubt and limiting beliefs, consider adopting mindfulness and harnessing the power of positive thought. If people are getting in the way of your objectives and dreams (by discounting, criticizing, or undermining them), it may be necessary to put some distance between you and them. You may confront and move past forces that are energetically preventing you from realizing your aspirations by being watchful and aware of them.

Other techniques to keep inspired as you practice manifesting can be found in our motivating center.

There are techniques you may use to stay focused, positive, and committed to your dreams during the manifestation process. Here are a handful of our favorites:

  • Journaling — Create a journal dedicated just to manifesting your dreams, and write about them in great detail as if they've already occurred. For example, if you want to be a published author, you may write, “My book is a best-seller, and prominent book critics have supported it,” or anything along those lines.
  • Affirmations – Using affirmations to keep your mind positive and your thoughts and actions intentional is a terrific way to start. Try repeating an affirmation to yourself or writing one down every day, such as “I'm getting closer to realizing my ambitions.”
  • As previously said, vision boards (a collection of images, photos, and phrases depicting your life's objectives and goals) are an excellent way to communicate your intentions to the universe. They're also a great method to picture and keep your goals and dreams in mind at all times. Discover how to make a vision board.

It's critical to acknowledge your progress on your manifestation journey. The following are two actions that we recommend:

You might notice evidence of manifestation in your life at work, such as overhearing conversations about your wants or themes linked to your specific goals, or instances when you're particularly excited. These acts will serve as a reminder of the daily progress you're making toward your goals, as well as an encouragement to keep the positive momentum rolling.

Remember that you attract what you think, so make every effort to maintain a high internal vibration and take care of yourself so that you're in the greatest possible position to effect desired change.

This entails maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing self-care. If time is an issue, there are some self-care habits that can improve your mental resilience in as little as 10 minutes.

Can you really manifest anything you want?

Yes, it is possible to manifest love. The law of attraction is limitless. “Once you start dialing in your manifestation process, there are no limits to what you can manifest, how often you can manifest, or how much you can manifest,” Lombardo says.

What is the 3 6 9 manifestation method?

Writing down what you want to materialize three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening is part of the 369 method.

This method gained traction on TikTok (of course), with videos using the hashtag “369method” accumulating over 165 million views. It's not difficult to discover people on the app who claim the approach has helped them manifest new relationships, significant sums of money, and other things.

Nikola Tesla, a renowned inventor, was the first to believe that the numbers three, six, and nine were potent numbers for manifesting in the twentieth century. “He believed these sacred numbers were the key to opening the universe,” spiritual adviser Diana Zalucky tells mbg.

Aside from the numbers, the 369 practice follows the law of attraction, which holds that we attract what we focus on.

Shauna Cummins, a hypnotist and author of Wishcraft, adds that focusing on what you want, especially on a regular basis, may help your brain “discover what it's looking for, and thus more likely to magnetize your desires into action.”

How do you make a list of things you want to manifest?

You don't have to acquire anything fancy; just make sure it's large enough for you to jot down whatever you want.

Make sure your book is big enough to hold all of the ideas you'll come up with because manifestation lists can get very detailed and long.

Because you'll be spending a lot of time with this book, make sure it's one you're comfortable with.

Is manifesting a sin?

If you're trying to materialize something great, like a new home, a romance, or a new job, manifesting isn't a sin.

If you strive to generate something negative that will harm someone else, however, you are committing a sin.

Even if you aren't religious, you should never strive to generate something negative since it will “bite” you in the end.

You will always get back what you put into the world, so if you want to be a better person and have more positive things in your life, don't try to create anything negative.

What is the 11 11 method?

11 is the number of manifestation in Angel Numbers, according to Doreen Virtue, therefore if you see 11:11, pay attention to your ideas since you're in high manifestation mode. Today is November 11, or 11/11, the Gateway period of the year, when a portal opens to the divine and our manifestation powers kick into high gear, according to certain mystics. So, on this day of all days, think solely about what you desire and stop worrying!

How do you manifest someone you like back?

First and foremost, determine what your ideal partnership entails. Take some time to think about what you're searching for in a mate right now. “Concha continues, “Decide on the type of relationship you want to be in (this is you planting the seed) without thinking about the ‘how.'” “Remember that your goal is to stay in tune with what you want to see, not to figure out how this intro will play out; that's something you should leave to the universe.”

How do you manifest something on TikTok paper?

It's perhaps not difficult to see why. While the rest of us baked bread to calm our nerves, a younger generation felt trapped and powerless, their hopes dashed. Why not put your positive ideas to work for you at a time when having them was all you could muster? (It should also come as no surprise that research has shown that we are far more prone to magical thinking in stressful situations, as a 1994 Tel Aviv University study of 174 Israeli citizens found that those exposed to missile attacks during the Gulf War were far more open to the fantastical than those who weren't.)

The trending topic on TikTok is “The “3-6-9” manifestation method has gained a lot of traction. This necessitates that people “Three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening, they “scribe” their manifestations by writing them down. It's even evolved into a more particular goal for a Gen Z audience: getting a crush to contact you. Simply write their name three times, their initials six times, and the message you want them to deliver nine times (probably best to keep it short).

While older manifesters, like Matt, will cite Neville Goddard's teachings as gospel – a 20th-century lecturer who wrote extensively on the law of attraction – the rules of manifesting can become fuzzy once they are crowdsourced.

For example, Instagram postings claim to accomplish the manifesting for you: simply enter “Yes” beneath words like “Be appreciative.” Something you've requested is about to appear out of nowhere” or “Affirm yes” to make “Every dollar I spend gets multiplied ten times” a reality. Meanwhile, some ardent Lorde fans attempted to manifest the arrival of a new Lorde album via Twitter.

Matt, a 39-year-old outside millennial, isn't a believer in such quick manifestation cures. For example, he scoffs at a friend who spent good manifesting time after bad to summon a certain parking spot. And, of course, there's something to be said for old-school manifestation in this earnestness and dedication that even the most hardened cynics can't deny: aren't we all far more likely to achieve our goals if we focus on them and take them seriously?

However, a quick scan of Instagram reveals that the majority of the next-gen protesters are simply looking for a way to express themselves “Yes” or something along those lines is required in order for the prefabricated dream to come true. “Another says, “By the end of May, you'll be blessed more than you can think.” To make it true, all you have to do is post two emojis.

What will you manifest in 2021?

Boundaries do not make you a horrible person; rather, they help you to be human. Saying no to some things ensures that you will not be misused or taken advantage of again. Because not everyone deserves you, you can't let others walk all over your generosity and compassion. Concentrate on the few people who help you shine, and say no to others who don't belong.

Do you need to manifest everyday?

Let's take a closer look at it. Continue reading to learn about three major manifesting dos and don'ts. If you follow them, you'll be able to genuinely co-create with the Universe!

Don't: Expect exactly what you want to just drop in your lap

This could be the most widely held misunderstanding. There's a popular belief that all you have to do is construct a vision board and write a thousand affirmations in your diary, and the exact item you want will materialize in front of you.

Affirmations and vision boards are beneficial because they provide clarity. I adore them both! However, we can be seduced into believing that we know best. We become emotionally invested in a specific conclusion or expect things to unfold in a precise order.

We cut off Universal guidance and move into manic manifesting when we do this.

Do: Trust that the Universe has a plan better than yours

It's not about having total control or achieving all of our short-term goals when it comes to manifesting. Getting what we believe we desire isn't really the point of true manifesting. It's all about receiving what's best for everyone.

You will have experiences when you will attract just what you desire. The idea isn't to control outcomes and get exactly what you want. Keep in mind that your plan may not always be the best one.

If all of your meditations and affirmations are focused on getting a promotion at work, for example, you may be completely blocking a far greater chance at a different company!

In this video, I discuss how, when it came to having a kid, I surrendered to a bigger purpose…

There is a bigger plan than yours. When you surrender to the skill of manifesting, you can trust that spirit will lead you in the direction of your wishes – and much more.

A prayer to let go and trust

From my new book, Super Attractor, here's a short prayer to help you sacrifice your desires and exercise patience:

“Thank you, Universe and highest truth and compassion guides. I'm eager to be liberated. “I am grateful for a newfound faith.”

Say the prayer aloud and allow yourself to sink into the feelings of surrendering to faith in the Universe.

If you encounter any opposition, acknowledge it and return to this prayer. You may repeat it as many times as you like. It's a plea for assistance. You're surrendering your ideas and making room for the Universe's energy to assist you in ways you can't imagine.

Don't: Try to “make it happen”

For many of us, trying to control and force things to happen is a deeply ingrained habit.

You may have done some amazing work to release this cycle if you're on a spiritual journey. The ego's demand for control, on the other hand, is deceptive, and we might fall back into this cycle without even realizing it.

Even if you don't consider yourself a control freak (which, to be honest, I do), we all try to exert control in some way. If you want to:

Remember that the Universe has a much better plan than we do. By following that counsel, you can stop controlling and start receiving.

Do: Practice the Spiritually Aligned Action Method

Because manifesting is a cooperation between you and the Universe, it's also known as co-creating. I teach an approach in Super Attractor that I intuitively devised and used in my own life. The Spiritually Aligned Action Method is what it's called.

When we take spiritually aligned action, we can believe that an energy greater than our own is working on our side and that all will work out in the end – even if we don't know when or how it will.

Step 1 of the Spiritually Aligned Action Method

Simply practicing step 1 is a game changer. To prepare for the entire method in Super Attractor, try this drill!

When your passion is united with service and inspiration, it becomes unstoppable.

“How do I know if my goal is backed by service and inspiration?” you might wonder.

“What if what I really want isn't to change the world?” What if I'm looking for love or trying to get out of debt? What does it mean to be of service to others?”

If your ambition fills you with genuine excitement, it's backed by inspiration! Spirit will back you up as long as you yield to the highest good for all.

You must, however, comprehend why you desire something and the energy that drives it. If you want a new career so that your family will approve of you, or if you want a relationship because you feel lonely, your desire is most likely fueled by need and fear.

Here's how to get rid of the energy that's fueling your desire: “Does this desire help me feel motivated and serve others?” ask yourself.

Write in your journal on how your desire makes you feel on the inside. Write about how your good energy and inspiration helps others. You can trust that aligning your energy with service and inspiration will move your goal forward.

Finally, allow yourself to cultivate joy, inspiration, and a strong sense of contribution. Allow yourself to rejoice about your desires!

In this video, I explain what it means to act in a spiritually aligned manner:

Don't: Save your manifesting practices for one special time and place

Many people believe that manifestation takes place exclusively in their Zen den, on their meditation pillow, with all of their crystals lined up and a candle lighted. They spend some time in that space meditating, journaling, and doing anything else they need to feel good and connect with spirit.

Then they wake up, go about their daily lives, and abandon their spiritual activities.

You're choking off the flow of inspiration when you compartmentalize your spiritual activities like way.

We don't just get inspired on a retreat, in a yoga class, or during a religious ceremony. When we put it in a box and keep it isolated from the rest of our lives, we are doing ourselves a big disservice.

Do: Make manifesting part of your daily life

Manifestation is something we perform on a regular basis. In truth, we're always generating and attracting – it's just that we do it unconsciously most of the time.

Instead of reserving your manifesting techniques for “special” occasions, incorporate them into your daily routine.

  • Commit to doing some form of meditation every morning, even if it's just sitting in silence for a few minutes and tuned in to your breath.
  • And when you do enter your Zen den, remember to cultivate the feeling you desire!

What should I manifest first?

To be more precise, you receive what you think about most. Any favorable or negative thinking. My colleague used to start every prayer by asking for the “highest and best,” as if you could ask for the “lowest and worse” by accident. That used to make me laugh. It is undoubtedly a stage of the manifestation process to be able to articulate your objectives precisely—but it is also critical to recognize that things do not grow any worse than they are; you may simply not be perceiving them as they are.

Energy flow determines your ability to produce the life you desire—how readily you receive and how quickly you let go of what doesn't serve you. Allowing conscious ebb and flow of energy in relation to the things you want is a talent that takes time to develop; for example, you'd think that letting go of a job that doesn't pay well, makes you sad, and doesn't make you feel good about yourself for doing it would be simple.

There is a grieving process that must be followed. We are often attached to things because of our beliefs and philosophies, rather than the object of our attachment—for example, being a lawyer because you believe it is prestigious. Consciously embracing flow in your life also necessitates that you have all of your receivers cranked up to eleven; that you are ready, willing, and able to accept and manage the things you claim to desire.

We maintain a constant state of preparedness as human beings, which means we always work with what we have while waiting for what we want…ultimately with grace and thankfulness. Here are some pointers to get you started.

Start where you are.

As I previously stated, things may appear to worse before improving; nevertheless, you simply did not see how awful things were. Self-honesty is the first step toward achieving your goals.

For instance, if you want money, work hard with the money you already have. Are your objectives in line with your resources? Do you stick to your budget? Do you treat your money with respect? Do you desire money because you believe you are lacking in other areas? Taking stock of your motive for the object of your inquiry can go a long way toward assisting you in obtaining it.

You can't get what you want, if you don't know what you want.

After you've investigated your motive, you may begin to comprehend why you're in this situation and devise a plan to fix it. This stage will require some creativity, as well as thinking outside the box about what you desire.

Write down your top five desires first. Then come up with five persons you know or don't know who own these items. Choose the next logical level of acquisition for yourself if you have a financial goal, and focus on persons you know or people in the public view who have the amount you want to generate for yourself. Then, do your homework—learn everything you can about these people's behaviors.

Leave it to the Universe to figure out how to acquire it. Keep in mind that in its logical evolution, anything is possible.

Manage what you have and you'll get more.

When you concentrate on how to achieve something, you become process-oriented, which is useful if you want to teach someone else or explain how you did it. If that isn't your objective, concentrate on making the best of what you have.

If you want more love in your life, concentrate on receiving it well and giving it to others. If you want to save money, pay your bills on time, put money in your savings account, and only buy goods you genuinely desire (or, better yet, need)…no frivolous spending. It's the Universe's natural alignment to amplify what you're already doing for yourself.

The Universe responds to actions first, then thoughts.

The manifestation train comes to a halt in the physical world. It's where concepts come to life, are torn down, or are reborn. Because the physical world moves at a slower pace than the other creative levels, an idea must be in sync with other aspects of your life in order to manifest.

If all you think about is desiring love in your life, feeling lonely, and isolating yourself from others and judging them, the Universe interprets this as “I'd rather be alone, thank you.” Which, in turn, attracts selfish, judgmental, or wary people who you don't trust or want to be around in your life.

Your thoughts create your actions.

This is where your thoughts start to matter; they guide you through every move you take.

It goes like this: images and patterns in your soul lead to your mind. The more you become conscious of your ideas, the more profoundly you will be engaged in your emotional expression of your thinking patterns, which will lead to your choices, and finally manifestation.

We have the ability to nourish, change, or erase what is already there at every level in between. Whether we are conscious of it or not, we do it every minute of every day. As a result, as you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings (but not allowing them to drive your decisions), you will see clear benefits.

Having said that, when it comes to figuring out what you want, achieving it, and living with it, patience and self-acceptance are your best friends. When you embrace each level of manifestation, it becomes a lovely experience.

What the Bible says about manifesting?

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will lead you in the right path. 3:5 (Proverbs)

When we manifest, we are putting more trust in our own thinking rather than seeking God's Will for our predicament.

However, Proverbs 3:5 tells us that we should put our faith in God rather than our own understanding.

He loves us and wants the best for us, so we should entrust our dreams and goals to Him and ask for His assistance in realizing them.
