Who is the spiritual head of the Church?
The title “Head of the Church” is given to Jesus in the New Testament. The Pope is known as the visible Head or the Earthly Head in Catholic ecclesiology, whereas Jesus Christ is known as the unseen Head or the Heavenly Head.
Who are the leaders in the church?
Episcopalians maintain their ties to the Church of England, but their leadership is more formal. The Pope is the highest-ranking official in the church, followed by Arch Bishops and Bishops. With this leadership approach, the hierarchy is clearly defined. The Catholic church is the best illustration of this strategy. The Roman Catholic Church continues to be the world's largest Christian church.
Spiritual Leadership and Knowledge Sharing Behaviors
Although this hypothesis has yet to be proven, Aydin and Ceylan (2009) found some support for the influence of spiritual leadership on information sharing behavior in a study. Organizational learning ability was found to be strongly positively linked with each of the spiritual leadership aspects in the study. Furthermore, the amount to which individuals acquire knowledge and share that knowledge are important aspects of an organization's learning ability. Hypothesis 2: Spiritual leadership will be linked to followers' willingness to share their knowledge.

- Major Archbishop Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis Catholicos of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church

What is biblical pastoral leadership?
As a result, pastoral leadership can be understood as having the spiritual abilities and influence to teach the laity how to have deep interactions with God through prayers and meditations, to help them find solutions for their inner problems in the Bible, to guide them in the right direction, to lead them to mature their faith in God, and to encourage them to understand God's purpose, will, and plan.
Many theologians, on the other hand, discuss a pastor's responsibilities from a philosophical, abstract, and fragmented perspective. As a result, they tend to confine the pastor's responsibilities to spiritual chores, reducing pastoral leadership to just spiritual leadership. This is in direct opposition to what the Bible says: God operates both in and outside of churches. As a result, “Christian leaders should be familiar with secular leadership models and learn about the greater world of leadership that can be used within churches” (Hobgood, 2003).
