- VISUALIZE THE SPACE AS WELL AS THE FEELINGS. Make a list of everything you want.
- FIRST, SHIFT YOUR INNER WORLD. Examine the emotions you recognized as what you were looking for in this new location.
Understand yourself
Before you can make goals, you must first spend time getting to know yourself. You may make a list of things you desire and start working toward them, but if it's something you didn't really want in the first place, it's not really a success. Even if you achieve it, you may still be disappointed. It's up to you to achieve your objective. And, in order to figure out what is yours, you must first figure out who you are.

Spend time meditating on yourself, asking introspective questions, recalling dreams you had before being influenced or conditioned by others, rejecting societal expectations, and coming to know yourself completely. This is critical to living the life you desire.
Remove limiting thoughts
These kinds of thoughts only serve to limit your potential. Self-doubt, overthinking, and anxiety are all hurdles that must be overcome in order to manifest successfully. What exactly are these thoughts? Why should they be taken seriously in the first place?
We create these walls in our heads and believe them to be true. There are some real, visible roadblocks, such as financial obligations, that influence our decisions. However, many boundaries exist simply in one's head.
Don't let society, culture, people, or failure prevent you from pursuing your dreams.
Be clear about what you want
The next stage is to make the request once you've figured out your values and what's true to you.
You must be specific about what you want in order to make the request. For example, you might desire a new home. Don't just wish for a new house; consider the flooring, the flowers in the garden, the wall color, the layout of each room, and the overall concept. Make a detailed outline of what you desire.
You might want to attract your soulmate into your life, or, to put it another way, meet the type of person you want to spend the rest of your life with. For this, be clear about their life values, how they would treat you, the things that are vital for you to share comparable tastes in, and how they want to live their lives.
Get your ask out there
Don't keep what you desire in your thoughts now that you know what you want. It takes a lot of work to get so skilled at manifesting that you don't need any other tools. Place it somewhere where you'll see it on a daily basis.
You can hang a poster, change your phone background, or utilize a powerful manifestation tool like a vision board, which allows you to display specific images that represent your desires and help them come true. In the Gratitude app, you may make a vision board.
Make consistent efforts
There is no such thing as a quick fix for success. Manifestation is a tool to assist you in achieving your objective, but it cannot be the primary driver. Make a plan to reach your goals after you have them clearly laid out in front of you.
If you have a big, long-term goal, break it down into manageable steps that you can work on every day. Consider how much more effective your efforts would be if they were backed up by manifestation.
Believe in yourself
Another crucial step has been taken. You may feel incredibly inspired when you plan your goals and begin working toward them, and you may have brushed aside the negative, restricting thoughts, but those thoughts may resurface at some point.
You may begin to doubt yourself and wonder if you will ever reach your objectives. Remember why you started when your conditioned mind throws roadblocks in your way again. Keep in mind why this is significant to you. Manifestation will not work if you do not believe in yourself.
You must be your most ardent supporter. You must have faith in your ability to succeed.
Practice positive affirmations
Positive affirmations, like the vision board, are a powerful manifestation tool. Affirmations are statements that you make to yourself, and they have a significant impact on your self-esteem, life decisions, and behavior.
Affirmations should be a part of your daily routine if you want to manifest successfully. Affirmations are also available on the Gratitude app!
Regularly repeating these affirmations to yourself will help mould your ideas to become more open and empowering, assisting in the realization of your goals.
Acknowledge and appreciate small wins
Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude It's critical to be appreciative for what you have as you work for your goals. There are many things that you do not yet have, but there are many things that you do have.
It is not a problem to want more, but it is a problem to take the present for granted. There will be numerous small victories along the way as you work toward your main objective. Express your heartfelt happiness for them.
Fixating on a grandiose objective and not enjoying the small victories that lead you there saps the vitality of manifestation. Celebrate what you have right now in your life.
All of the tiny victories are equally as important as the big one. After all, life is made up of those insignificant events that occur on a daily basis. Keep a thankfulness diary to record your feelings and keep them safe for years to come.
Remain patient
Something amazing will not be easy to come by. Your commitment may be put to the test. Setbacks are possible. And getting where you want to go can take some time. Patience and perseverance will help you get through this.
Testing days do not guarantee that everything will go smoothly. You must persevere even when it appears that progress has stalled. If you have made a decision for your life, you must demonstrate that you truly desire it.
Hardships aren't required, but if they do, stand firm. Your faith will see you through any obstacles you face, and you will eventually reach the finish line.
That's all there is to it! These were the nine steps to manifesting your true desires in life. I wish you the best of luck. I know you're capable, and I want you to believe it as well. Have a fantastic day!
How does the 369 manifest method work?
Writing down what you want to materialize three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening is part of the 369 method.
This method gained traction on TikTok (of course), with videos using the hashtag “369method” accumulating over 165 million views. It's not difficult to discover people on the app who claim the approach has helped them manifest new relationships, significant sums of money, and other things.
Nikola Tesla, a renowned inventor, was the first to believe that the numbers three, six, and nine were potent numbers for manifesting in the twentieth century. “He believed these sacred numbers were the key to opening the universe,” spiritual adviser Diana Zalucky tells mbg.
Aside from the numbers, the 369 practice follows the law of attraction, which holds that we attract what we focus on.
Shauna Cummins, a hypnotist and author of Wishcraft, adds that focusing on what you want, especially on a regular basis, may help your brain “discover what it's looking for, and thus more likely to magnetize your desires into action.”
How do you manifest a flat?
The third step is to admit to yourself that you have limiting ideas that are preventing you from manifesting.
They begin as a thought, which quickly pervades your mind and transforms into a belief, which then influences your behavior.
All of these beliefs are fueled by the negative energy of scarcity, and they won't help you create your new home.
It's critical to recognize and eliminate all of your limiting thoughts.
Replace these limiting thoughts with positive affirmations whenever you notice yourself being dragged down by them.
Is manifesting a sin?
If you're trying to materialize something great, like a new home, a romance, or a new job, manifesting isn't a sin.
If you strive to generate something negative that will harm someone else, however, you are committing a sin.
Even if you aren't religious, you should never strive to generate something negative since it will “bite” you in the end.
You will always get back what you put into the world, so if you want to be a better person and have more positive things in your life, don't try to create anything negative.
How do you know if someone is manifesting you?
A sudden shift in behavior is one of the most telling signals that someone is manifesting you.
Taking inspired action is a vital element in manifesting, as I discussed in my 5 Step Spiritual Manifestation Method.
When someone is actively manifesting you into their life, they will take steps to make their vision a practical reality.
Talking to you, texting you, or wanting to meet up in person are examples of these acts.
How do you manifest through writing?
Writing out your goals will help you remember that what you want to achieve isn't just a fantasy; it's something you'll work on every day, and that can lead to genuine results.
With the pandemic disrupting our ability to maintain structure, stability, and drive, it may be more difficult than ever to achieve our objectives.
Writing down our goals is one of the simplest methods to create structure and get back on track with them. The 369 Method, for example, can assist us in manifesting our wishes. To make it even easier, use my free 369 Journal Template!
Writing Your Goals Down Helps You Manifest Them
According to a study by Dr. Gail Mathews, persons who write down their objectives are substantially more likely to achieve them than those who simply express them. The study also found that persons who wrote down their goals and forwarded them to a close friend were more likely to achieve them.
What steps can you do right now to put this knowledge into practice?
Here are some suggestions for manifesting your goals by putting them down as affirmations.

If it thrills you, you can do it intermittently or on a regular basis.
Choosing a goal and writing it down as if it were happening right now is one of the simplest ways to materialize by writing.
Do the exercise every day and repeat the statement 15-20 times.

11 is the number of manifestation in Angel Numbers, according to Doreen Virtue, therefore if you see 11:11, pay attention to your ideas since you're in high manifestation mode. Today is November 11, or 11/11, the Gateway period of the year, when a portal opens to the divine and our manifestation powers kick into high gear, according to certain mystics. So, on this day of all days, think solely about what you desire and stop worrying!

How long does it take to manifest big?
There is no way to predict how long anything will take to materialize because it is dependent on so many elements, including:
For a little manifestation like a text message, the law of attraction can function in as little as 24 hours and as long as 7 days.
It can take anywhere from 6 months to 10 years for a big manifestation, like as a new job.
The time it takes for a manifestation to manifest in your life varies from person to person.
It's critical that you don't give up and continue to do the necessary steps, no matter how long it takes.
