You will have three days to refresh yourself with the help of the Sun (the day before your birthday, your birthday, and the day following your birthday).
Make a list of the things, people, and circumstances you want to leave in the past the day before your birthday. Sadness, pain, and being unwell are examples of things that have happened in the past.
For your birthday, have a pleasant bath or shower first thing in the morning, dress up, scent yourself, wrap your body in aromatic oils, and put on new clothes, as your birthday is a day of renewal.
Write a list of all the things you wish to have, achieve, and improve in the coming year from 5 hours before to 5 hours after your birth time, and write yourself a check for the amount of money you want to get this year from 5 hours before to 5 hours after your birth time. As with any petition, write the list in the present tense, as if you've already received them. Place your list on your altar or somewhere meaningful.
Make a point of acting on your desires on your birthday, at least in part. If you want to be healthier, practice at least 10 minutes of cardio or yoga every day, eat better, breathe deeply, and celebrate your birthday sober. You will be the one to set the tone for the coming year.
Take a Birthday walk and pay attention to everything because the Universe, your guides, and angels will not only be available to grant you your wishes on your Birthday, but will also communicate with you through dreams, signs, animals, and people. Please pay heed! Write down any new ideas, tasks, or inspirations that come to you, particularly those that seem unachievable.
Make a point of not reacting if you come across an unpleasant scenario or person that day. Embrace your inner Sun, your inner Authority, and all of the Sun's attributes during your Solar Return. Be patient, gracious, noble, and smile as you shed your light on everyone and everything.
What can I do for good luck on my birthday?
- Release 9 red and gold helium balloons or sky lanterns into the mouth of the Sky Dragon to send your wishes up to the heavens.
- Perform the BTB transcendental treatments “Planting Auspicious Seeds” and/or “The Golden Cicada” if you know them.
- Take a special purification bath with sea salt and kaffir lime essential oil or 9 round orange peels to “wash away” any negative energies from the previous year and welcome the new chi.
- Have a sweet cake-filled celebration (so your new year is sweet!) with candles that grant wishes
Why do I always catch my birthday on the clock?
Throughout my life, I've found that I see my birthday digits everywhere at specific periods. I'll peek at the clock at my birthday time, or see those numbers on a receipt, or somewhere else. It wasn't until I started paying attention to spiritual teachings that I realized what was going on.
So, what does it signify when you keep seeing your birthday number pop up in unexpected places? Seeing your birthday digits everywhere has a spiritual meaning: it indicates that you are in a season of completion. This entails finishing work, achieving goals, maintaining relationships, or dealing with life events. Once these are finished, you may use this as a springboard to begin new initiatives and bring new manifestations into your reality.
However, your birthday numbers may have a distinct spiritual message depending on when you view them and what is going on in your life. This essay will discuss the various interpretations of seeing your birthday number on a regular basis.
What are the birthday bumps?
Birthdays in India, at least when I was growing up, always followed the same pattern: you'd invite friends over; your family would prepare various versions of chips and pav bhaji; there'd be games that mostly involved pointless running; and the cake cutting would be a raucous affair, with hysterical friends hurling fistfuls of cake all over your face.
You'd also have to prepare for some jolting, body-flinging birthday bumps later in the evening.
The celebratory abusers were always overjoyed, and the birthday person was always uncomfortable. How did birthday punches and spankings become so commonplace that we don't even blink when pummeling a poor soul to the ground?
The ceremonial hitting, known as ‘birthday bumps,' is not a phenomenon peculiar to India. It entails grabbing the birthday person's arms and legs and hurling them up and down in the air in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada. A typical explanation for the practice is that it is meant to resemble the way we throw babies into the air to make them laugh. Weight is not a deterrent here, as someone who was ‘flung' well into her teenage years can attest. Kicks, punches, and spankings are also used as ‘birthday bumps.' The practice of spanking a child to get their blood flowing and instigate their first scream is thought to date back to the first ‘birthday bump' a child ever receives from a doctor or nurse when they are spanked to get their blood flowing and incite their first cry. The number of bumps bestowed on a person is usually proportional to their age. While birthday customs vary by area, a common thread runs through them all: a physical invasion of personal space, or violence, justified as a method of maintaining the birthday person's good luck or fortune.
A Muslim shrine in New Delhi has been dropping newborns from the roof during birthday celebrations for 700 years. Ironically, the fall is intended to ensure the baby's health. The risk a newborn is put through for the purpose of a birthday ceremony is apparent, even if the infant is caught in a taut bedsheet before hitting the ground. Flouring is a Jamaican birthday tradition that entails devising creative ways to toss flour on the birthday celebrant.
Is it bad to celebrate your birthday before?
GRAFENWOEHR, Germany GRAFENWOEHR, Germany The melody is the same, but the lyrics are somewhat different. “Happy birthday to you” in Germany becomes “Zum Geburtstag viel Glueck,” which translates to “good luck on your birthday.”
While Germans are not opposed to celebrate their birthdays weeks beyond the actual date, doing it too soon is considered unlucky.
Avoid wishing your German friends and colleagues a happy birthday before the actual date to be courteous and avoid superstition.
“It's a popular superstition,” said Bianca Davis, who grew up in Neustadt a der Weinstrasse and now lives in Amberg. “You're feted all day, but you've never been feted before.”
According to Davis, if someone bids you Happy Birthday prematurely or you open gifts before the real date, it will be a poor year.
When it comes to birthday celebrations, superstition isn't the only cultural difference.
Davis, who celebrated her 40th birthday in December, planned the event. There was no surprise party, and the ceiling was devoid of black streamers.
The candles on a cake she created herself were lit when partygoers shouted “Happy Birthday.”
“I'm married to an American, so I'm used to that way of life,” she says, “but it just feels normal to do everything alone here.”
If you work in an office, you are responsible for bringing baked pastries to your coworkers. If you go out to supper, you are responsible for paying the bill. You are responsible for the food and beverages during a party.
“That's why a lot of individuals don't tell their bosses it's their birthday because they don't want to pay up,” Davis said.
While adults are responsible for much of the celebration, children in Germany are free to avoid it.
Kids are allowed to party from dawn to dusk and are not required to complete any domestic duties. Birthday cakes are replaced by a special torte, a multilayered cake with fruit or jam, which still has candles for a special wish.
Birthdays in Germany are what Davis refers to as “Gemuetlichkeit,” or “cozy.”
“Birthdays are very much about the family. You don't invite everyone to the party; just close family and friends are invited “Davis stated.
Can you celebrate birthday late?
In China, there are a few things that are officially forbidden when it comes to celebrating birthdays.
Chinese people celebrate their birthdays either before or after their birthday. It is considered impolite to wish someone a belated birthday.
Depending on the gender, certain birthdays are also prohibited. Ladies do not celebrate their 30th, 33rd, or 66th birthdays because the year 30 is said to be a year of uncertainty and harm, so Chinese women stay 29 for an extra year to avoid bad luck.
Similarly, ill luck associated with the age of 33 can be averted by purchasing a piece of meat, concealing it behind a kitchen door, and chopping it 33 times as a sign of severing all evil spirits from it, before discarding the flesh.
Women must rely on their daughter or a close family relative to repeat the same act of averting bad luck and cut meat for 66 times on their behalf until they reach the age of 66.
Chinese men, like Chinese women, avoid turning 40 by skipping this unlucky number and remaining 39 until their 41st birthday.
Why am I not excited for my birthday?
While there are a variety of reasons why someone may be depressed on their birthday, the following are some of the most common:
Aging. Birthdays might serve as a reminder that we are growing older by another year. Even though we feel nearly the same the day before our birthday, it's the “formal” day that we are one year older. Getting older, sadly, isn't something to look forward to. A birthday serves as a constant reminder that we are not growing any younger.
Expectations are high. We are occasionally disappointed when our expectations for a birthday party, celebration, or gifts are not satisfied. I'll go through that in greater detail later.
There are no accomplishments. Birthday depression is commonly caused by dissatisfaction with accomplishments from the previous year or prior birthday.
There is peer pressure. Have you ever thought that all of the birthdays in movies look amazing? Maybe you saw a picture of your friend's birthday party on Instagram and thought it was really amazing. So, whether we want to spend our birthday alone or with a small group of close friends, we may feel that it isn't “good enough.”
There isn't as much excitement. Birthdays are a lot of fun when you're a youngster. We get to go to the movies, have a celebration, and eat cake. Birthdays are ehhh for some of us as we get older. Birthday blues might occur when our adult birthdays aren't as exciting as our children's birthdays.
Birthdays that are significant. Do you know what Sweet 16, 21, 30, 40, 50, and 60 are? These are the so-called “milestone birthdays” that are commemorated in our culture. If they don't have a big celebration to honor their milestone birthday, some folks may be disappointed.
There is less love. Are you four years old? Wow, fantastic work! Have you reached the age of eighteen? Finally, a grown-up! Is it true that today is your 45th birthday? Umm…congratulations? As you mature as an adult, you may realize that people pay less attention to you, especially as you become older.
What is the 3 6 9 manifestation method?
Writing down what you want to materialize three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening is part of the 369 method.
This method gained traction on TikTok (of course), with videos using the hashtag “369method” accumulating over 165 million views. It's not difficult to discover people on the app who claim the approach has helped them manifest new relationships, significant sums of money, and other things.
Nikola Tesla, a renowned inventor, was the first to believe that the numbers three, six, and nine were potent numbers for manifesting in the twentieth century. “He believed these sacred numbers were the key to opening the universe,” spiritual adviser Diana Zalucky tells mbg.
Aside from the numbers, the 369 practice follows the law of attraction, which holds that we attract what we focus on.
Shauna Cummins, a hypnotist and author of Wishcraft, adds that focusing on what you want, especially on a regular basis, may help your brain “discover what it's looking for, and thus more likely to magnetize your desires into action.”
