Which way do chakras rotate?
“Chakras” is a Sanskrit term that means “wheel” and refers to the energy vortexes in our bodies' inherent energy system. Humans are born with seven chakras, which are invisible to the naked eye and depicted as cones pointing toward the body. A chakra's energy radiates outward in a spiraling motion.
Many major and minor chakras are known to humans, but the seven most commonly known chakras are the focus of most people's attention. As we ascend through the core chamber or spine where the chakras are ‘placed,' the chakras' energies change from dense to subtle. There are seven chakras in the human body, with the Root Chakra located at the base of the spine and Crown Chakra located on top of the head. Chakras are most balanced when they rotate clockwise, at a medium speed, and so are at their best.
There should be no over-activation or under-activation of the individual's mental, spiritual, and physical energies. However, this isn't achievable for all chakras at all times. In most cases, one or more chakras are out of balance and out of harmony. These unpleasant experiences, such as worry, angry tantrums or even egotism can be clearly seen in the person's body language.
As long as you're in a conscious state of mind, most chakras will be in balance. For this reason, we need to understand the necessity of a calm exterior and a conscious awareness of our inner self in order to keep these energy wheels turning in the right direction.
During the day, our chakras spin clockwise, releasing energy into the world around us, and they spin counterclockwise, bringing energy back to us from the outside world. Depending on the frequency of our chakric vibration, we can either draw or release energy from our body. On a daily level, our lives are affected by the state of the Chakric System.
As far as possible, the chakras must be kept healthy and in harmony. It's possible for these vortices to attract more negativity than is healthy and subsequently develop disease if they aren't spinning at their optimal level. Either they're too slow or fast or they're turning counterclockwise more frequently than clockwise. Chakra equilibrium is attained when a minor movement occurs that does not disrupt the individual and returns to its original position within a short period of time. In order for this to be feasible, the individual must be always aware of the chakras' influence on him or her and vice versa. The challenge is to be aware and take immediate action to fix whatever damage, if any, that may have occurred.
For the past 16 years, I have seen that any event, good or bad, has a lasting effect on people's well-being. The Root Chakra takes the brunt of a person's emotional and mental stress if he or she has been dealing with difficulties in job or finances for a long period of time, or if they have been in relationships where there is no sense of stability. As the system's primary chakra, it will eventually become slow and clogged. Adding further stress to the person's life because there is no solution in sight.. These obstructions, if left untreated, can lead to disorders of the knees and legs, the pancreas, and the excretory system. As the skeletal system, particularly the lower back, begins to degenerate and break down, the bones in the lower body may become more brittle. All of this is occurring because the root chakra has been blocked by concerns that have percolated through the auric bodies, resulting in disease and discomfort in the physical body. Sadly, in some cases, it's already too late. Because our mental, emotional, and spiritual states are intertwined, this cycle keeps repeating itself in all chakras.
The more we learn about our chakras and how they work, the easier it will be to live our lives. As we understand how our thoughts and conditioning can affect our general health and internal chakras, we must take intentional measures and educated decisions to improve our chakra health. Every experience has an impact on all of the chakras since energy is always moving. The damage to the main one will have a ripple effect on the rest of the group. It doesn't matter if we want it or not, whether we're experiencing it or not, a block will occur, and the harm will be visible on numerous chakra levels.
At the earliest opportunity, it is your duty to have your chakras restored and the chakric state repaired.
It's time to have your chakras cleansed and re-balanced if you frequently find yourself feeling out of sorts and unable to find your center in any given setting. You feel better physically, psychologically, and emotionally when your chakras are aligned after experiencing unpleasant life events in the same way over and over again. There is no need to halt medical or clinical treatment for any sickness, even if it was caused by an imbalance in the chakras. It is mandatory and must be adhered to in order to get the job done. Supplemental therapies can aid in the therapy process, but they don't replace it.
The Chakric Cleansing therapies at Naad Wellness are offered on a regular basis.
When you book a session with me here, I offer Chakra Work sessions in which the chakras are rebalanced by utilising Crystal energy. These sessions also include Sound Therapy and Spiritual Counseling, which help to alter the energy in the body. Once the Chakric Healing has been performed, the recipient feels more in control and is able to make better decisions about their lives. Eventually, the person will be able to detect prior patterns and avoid repeating them. This results in a more positive outlook on life and the world around us.
Your life and your soul's progress will benefit if you keep your chakras spinning in the direction of good health.

Where are chakras located exactly?
Chakras are the physical body's energy centers. In the astral body, along the spine from its base to the crown of the skull, they exist. A person's astral body is the energy body that resides within their physical body. There is an astral counterpart to every portion of the physical body. It is impossible to see or touch the astral body. Because we can't see the chakras, this is also why we can't see them.
How is the sacral chakra connected?
As the second of the body's seven major energy centers, Swadhisthana is known as the Sacral Chakra. Between the ages of 8 and 14, we begin to form a sense of who we are.
There's an energy region just below your belly button that deals with creativity, sexual energy, and relating to the feelings of others. People with a well-balanced sacral chakra are warm, confident, and generous. A reiki master tells mbg that when the sacral chakra is out of balance it can cause “feelings of fear, overload, despair, emotional instability,” “lack of creativity,” “addiction behaviors,” and other negative effects.
At some point in their lives, most people will have a blocked sacrum. If you think your sacral chakra may need some attention, here are six simple ways to do so:
What are the 7 chakras?
The seven primary chakras
- The primary chakra is referred to as the “root (Muladhara). The root chakra is positioned at the base of your spine and is responsible for your sense of security and stability.
What are the 12 chakras?
Those are the Base or Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.
What is chakra alignment?
There are seven major chakras in the human body, which control the flow of life force energy. Chakra alignment activities regulate the flow of energy in the body in the same way that Feng Shui does in a space.
How do I know if my chakra is out of balance?
Located at the base of your spine, the Earth element is linked to this chakra, which is located in your feet and lower legs. With the root chakra you feel safe, secure and comfortable in your own skin. Additionally, this chakra is linked to one's family of origin and the human race.
What chakra is middle back?
First, let's take a closer look at the seven chakras. You can find it in your lower abdomen just below your navel, in the lumbar spine, and the color orange and water are connected with it. Body parts that correspond to the genitals, lower back, and abdominal regions include these.
Sacral chakra is the center of emotions, sentiments and arouses feelings of pleasure. In our sexuality and the expression of our sexual needs and desires, it has an active part to play.
Abnormalities in the sacral chakra can lead to sadness, detachment, over-indulgence, aggressiveness and a lack of limits in a person with an underactive chakra. An imbalance of the sacral chakra can cause physical symptoms like anemia, hypoglycemia, lower back discomfort, joint problems, poor energy as well as spleen and kidney troubles and premenstrual syndrome.
Take a seat in a quiet area where you may unwind without being disturbed. Keep your feet flat on the ground if you're sitting down. Sitting on the floor, make sure the surface you're resting on is tall enough for your sit bones and spine.
Begin by lowering your gaze and taking a few deep breaths, then relax your muscles. Once you've calmed down, take a few moments to reflect on the following questions and see whether any of your answers ring true. Allow yourself to be guided by this and learn about your second chakra's potential obstacles.
It's up to you to decide whether or not your actions for others are real or only an attempt to get their approval or affection.
Whether you believe that life is a struggle, a battle, or a challenge, you have to decide for yourself.
Incorporating essential oils such as patchouli, bergamot, sandalwood and clary sage, as well as orange, rose and jasmine, into the aromatherapy blend.
To heal and activate the flow of energy through the sacra, include orange into your life, your office, and your house. Wearing orange clothing or jewelry is a terrific way to get started with the color.
Let go of control. Weaknesses in our emotional well-being can be debilitating and draining. Writing a journal (see our guide to writing a journal) or chatting to a close friend can make you feel so much better and lighter once you've expressed your feelings and let go of your repressed feelings.
The sacral chakra is linked to water, so go for a swim, relax by the pool, or have a bath with aromatic oils.
In yoga, our ability to feel and express our emotions is linked to the sacral chakra. Hip opening exercises will be highly beneficial because a lot of our emotions are held in our hips.
Sacrificial foods rich in sources of healthful fats nourish the sacral chakra. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon and flaxseed are excellent for this chakra. Various orange fruits and vegetables, such as mandarins and tangerines, are good for the sacral chakra since they are rich in vitamin C.
Use a combination of healing procedures, techniques, and food to rebalance yourself if any of this chakra information resonates with you. Your decision to change doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen in an instant.
Do chakras spin clockwise or counter clockwise?
The six physical chakras are a sequence of alternating vortices and anti-vortices that rotate clockwise (rightward) and draw in energy, and counterclockwise (leftward) and expel it.
