How do you release solar plexus tension?

Breathe in and out three times with your right hand on your abdomen. If you're feeling tense in your tummy, take a few deep breaths.
Work your right side and stomach in wide, gentle clockwise circles. As you spin, apply enough pressure to lift the skin. Hold the tense areas of your tummy for a few extra seconds if necessary. For at least a minute, keep going.
Your index, middle, and ring fingers should be softly placed between your ribs in the hollow at the top of the stomach. Make little clockwise circles with some pressure. Your solar plexus, a network of nerves in your abdomen, will be relieved of any stress as a result of this exercise. Keep going for at least a minute. Continue to go.
Lay your hands flat on your stomach and apply pressure while you slowly slide your hands towards the center of your stomach and back out to your sides. For a total of six repetitions.
