What blocks the solar plexus chakra?
Connecting with your sense of purpose and duty for life is made easier by using crystals for this chakra. An important reason this chakra is associated with yellow is that it has a strong connection to the sun's rays and radiance. Citrine is a yellow stone that can range in color from pale yellow to brownish colors when utilized to heal this chakra. You can use Yellow Tourmaline, which is a rare color, to rid your solar plexus chakra of any negative energy. Tiger's Eye, Yellow Jasper, and Yellow Quartz are also used to treat this chakra.

We covered the Mani Pura (Solar Plexus) Chakra in our most recent Understanding Your Chakras class!
- The ten petals represent spirituality, ignorance, thirst, betrayal, betrayal, shame, fear, disgust, delusion, stupidity, and sorrow.
We also learnt about the effects of a balanced, unbalanced, underactive, and hyperactive Mani Pura chakra on the body and the environment.
- Invigorates the digestive and metabolic processes, as well as the mind.
- Endocrine system regulation helps Sapphire open up your higher spiritual dimension by soothing the physical body.
- Use Yellow Tourmaline to clear or remove obstructions from the solar plexus.
We also discovered that the solar plexus chakra is related to the aura via the Mental Body. The ego's thoughts and mental processes are governed by this aura. Power, fear, anxiety, and introversion can all have an impact on this atmosphere. There are three levels of the aura: the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual.
Your solar plexus chakra can be balanced with yoga poses such as cow face and plank.

Gut problems occur when the Manipura Chakra is out of whack. Improper absorption of nutrients, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome are all symptoms of this problem. Manipura Chakra is associated with eating problems, ulcers, diabetes, troubles with the pancreas, liver, and colon.
Mood swings can also be a sign of a serious imbalance. People in your life might be a source of uncertainty and suspicion, and you worry about what they think of you. Some people may have poor self-esteem and constantly seek validation and acceptance from others, which can lead to a lack of self-confidence. People in your life may develop unhealthy attachments as a result of this imbalance.

How do you release a tight solar plexus?
Think of your stomach as a second brain; it's the first location to show signs of tension or anxiety. Relaxes tight muscles and relieves stress, making it an effective way to aid digestion. Lay flat on your back and reset your system after making sure you aren't full.
Breathe in and out three times while holding your right hand over your abdomen. Try to get rid of whatever stress you've been carrying around in your tummy.
Make wide, slow clockwise circles with your right hand on your stomach and sides. As you spin, use pressure to lift the skin. Hold the tense areas of your tummy for a few extra seconds if necessary. Keep going for at least one minute more.
To do this, place your index, middle, and ring fingers on the depression between your ribs on the top of your stomach with your right hand. Make little counter-clockwise circles while applying pressure. Your solar plexus, a network of nerves in your abdomen, will be relieved of any stress as a result of this exercise. Keep going for at least a minute more if possible.
4. Place both hands flat on your stomach and slowly slide them toward the center of your tummy before returning them to their original positions. Six times is a sufficient number of repetitions.
Then, using your left hand, go back to step 1 and repeat the process.

You're undoubtedly well aware of the physiological and psychological effects that music has on people. While getting dressed, traveling, working out, or falling asleep, you may have a few songs that you listen to again and over again. Music has a profound effect on everyone of us based on our personal experiences and associations with it. A person's favorite music can have the same calming impact even when it's extremely loud or violent, even if it has softer sounds and slower tempos.
It's thought that music can connect the physical, emotional and spiritual realms at once. It has immediate and long-lasting effects. Music appears to alter mood, producing neurotransmitters such as dopamine, oxytocin, norepinephrine, cortisol, immunoglobulins, and endorphins, and influencing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Music therapy uses music in a variety of ways to promote health, positive mood, rest and healing, tolerance of difficult or painful procedures, create positive experiences, promote feelings of connection with others, and making music to increase memory and cognitive functioning in patients in a clinical environment. Singing or playing an instrument, for example, helps the brain process information more effectively since it uses both sides of the brain.
Chanting the Chakra (Sanskrit for “wheel”) sounds gives us the benefits of singing and deep breathing as well as the benefits of focusing on altruistic traits, connecting with the environment, and digesting our experiences. The symbolism and meaning of each chakra is extensive. Place yourself in a place where you can comfortably chant the seed syllables of each chakra (the bija mantras). To avoid straining your voice, use a tone that is comfortable for your voice and does not try to be too high or low in pitch. Allow the sound to gradually dissipate during the course of your inhalation. Feel where the syllables resonate by exhaling equally into each section of the syllable. Instead, chant each sound swiftly and frequently. You can start at the bottom and work your way up, or you can start at the top and work your way down. Mindfulness, or active attention to your body and the sounds, is the most crucial element. The bija mantras can be chanted in any order. This table shows the elements, energies, and actions of each chakra, from the base to the crown. When pronouncing “Lam,” and the other seed syllables, the “ah,” or sometimes, “uh,” sound is used to enunciate the “a” in the word.
- Muladhara. The root chakra. A chant “It's “disgusting.” Earth is the element. Enegy is a feeling of security and a sense of stability. I'm taking action.
- Svadisthana. The sacroiliac joint or chakra. It's a good idea to chant “This is “Vam.” Water is the element. Flowing energy. I'm acting on what I'm feeling.
- Manipura. This is the chakra of the Sun. Then, repeat after me: “Ramon.” The fire element. Personal power: self-control. I take action.
- Anahata. The heart. A chant “Yam” in Japanese. Air is the appropriate element to use here. Love is the drum that doesn't need a drummer. Action: I'm in a relationship with.
- Vishuddha. The chakra in the throat. A chant “A piece of ham.” The ether element. ENERGY: expressiveness, cleansing, creativity. I speak out.
- Ajna. The third eye, or third eye chakra. A chant “Ahhhh.” Transcendent is the only element. It's all about the mind's energy. I get it now.
- Sahasrara. The chakra at the top of the head. Instead of chanting, we simply listen. A single element encompasses everything from zero to everything and everything in between. I'm aware of that.
Take some time to play around with the sounds and symbols in this collection. Is there a way that they can help your nervous system and the rest of your body? This practice helps me descend into my body, observe my feelings and sensations, become more present and aware of myself as a whole person, cleanse my shortcomings and tap into my strengths. Reflecting on your progress in life may be helped by keeping a journal of your thoughts about this activity. I wish you all the best with your chanting!

What happens when solar plexus chakra opens?
Feeling bloated, queasy, and cramps are all possibilities. It may also appear that you are having difficulty recalling details. When the chakra is obstructed, you may also suffer from ulcers or heartburn. The solar plexus chakra can be opened up via yoga and meditation.
What happens when Swadhisthana chakra opens?
Is there anyone you know that emanates a genuine kind, warm, and happy energy? The kind of person that is open to new experiences and who makes you feel at ease? There's a good possibility you've run into someone whose second chakra is in equilibrium. The Sacral Chakra, also known as the Swadhisthana Chakra, is open in those who have it in a healthy state. As a result, they have a high level of vitality, emotional stability, and a sense of well-being.
The chakra of passion, emotion, pleasure, and creativity is known as the Swadhisthana chakra. This chakra is placed in the lower abdomen, approximately four fingers below the belly button. The Swadhisthana chakra can be unbalanced in one of two ways: either you have trust issues and are cold and distant with others, or you are overly needy and dependent on others. There are many people who have problems with their sex lives because of an imbalance in the Sacral chakra. They are prone to despair and addictions, and they appear to be drawn to confrontation and dramatic situations.
Physical symptoms of second chakra imbalance include bladder, kidney, and gynecological disorders, as well as lower back pain.
How to awaken and balance Swadhisthana chakra
Since the second chakra is our emotional energy center, it's common for people to have an imbalance in this chakra at some point in life. As a result, learning how to balance Swadhisthana chakra is an asset since it allows you to take action as quickly as possible if the need arises.
Embrace your childlike spirit and let go of your inhibitions.
Everyone knows about the “inner child,” that part of us that we all possess. Due to the constant and overwhelming stress and demand to perform, this inner child is largely suppressed. Second chakra activation will increase your creativity and happiness in life by allowing you to tap into a childlike state of mind. Music is the best way to unleash your inner child. Perform a raucous, free-flowing dance. As soon as the shutters are closed, turn up the volume on your favorite tunes, and let loose! Another approach to let go of limitations and boundaries is through chanting. The ego is reduced when you chant without thinking. Your Sacral chakra will once again be able to radiate freely thanks to this practice.
In your yoga practice, focus on the second chakra.
The pelvic region is a common site for the accumulation of emotions and stress among yogis. That's why there are so many hip-opening yoga poses. Make a personal experiment to see if you can tell the difference in hip joint flexibility between days when you are relaxed and positive and days when you are stressed out and emotional. In an emotional state of mind, your flexibility is likely to be greatly limited. Aside from relieving physical stress, hip opening exercises help to relieve mental tension as well, which in turn stimulates and balances the Sacral chakra. Poses that help to balance Swadhisthana Chakra include the crow posture (Kakasana) and the triangle position (Trikonasana).
Emotional baggage should be released.
Emotional baggage is a common cause of a blocked or overactive Sacral chakra. As your emotions build up, they become a big brick that weighs you down both psychologically and physically if you can't let them go. Since the second chakra is responsible for managing your emotional energy levels, it could become overactive or entirely closed as a protective precaution. Creative pursuits like painting or music, meditation, yoga, etc., can also be used to express one's feelings, as can talking about it or writing it down in a diary. Find out what works best for you by experimenting with a variety of methods. Explicitly expressing and letting go of trapped or blocked emotions can be a profoundly liberating experience.

Which chakra is related to anxiety?
Disease and imbalance can develop when the body's energy flow is interrupted or diminished in some other way. Blockages in the flow of energy can lead to psychological symptoms such as anxiety and worry if they are caused by a stressful environment, problems in one's personal life, losses, or trauma. Balancing chakras has been shown to help alleviate anxiety by restoring the flow of energy in your body.
A Brief History on Chakras
Chakras, which are derived from the Sanskrit word “wheel,” are thought to be the body's primary sources of energy. “Prana” (life force) flows smoothly through the chakras, which are the locations where major nerves connect. According to Hindu and Buddhist traditions, a blockage in the flow of energy can have detrimental effects on a person's health.
Prana (Indian) and chi (Chinese) both date back to 5,000 B.C. and 3,000 B.C., respectively, when the idea of a universal life energy coursing through our bodies first arose. Various terms are used to describe the quantifiable energy field connected with the bodily system, including ch'i, shakti, aura, biofield, and prana. A number of researchers have established that the body's physical functioning is directly linked to its bioenergy field, which is monitored by equipment like the Electrocardiograph (EKG).
A total of seven major chakras, or plexuses, exist in the body, all of which are linked to certain nerves. The neurological system and the endocrine glands are thought to be affected by these seven sites. The seven rays of the spectrum light, or rainbow, are associated with each chakra. Electromagnetic waves can alter our bioenergy or auric field through color light.
Root Chakra
It is the Root chakra, which is the first of the seven chakras to open. It is believed that the color red corresponds to this chakra, which is found in the tailbone region of the body. Linked to the adrenal medulla, the gland that controls the body's fight-or-flight response (which is what you might feel at the onset of a panic attack). The sensation of safety, survival, and instinct are all regulated by the Root chakra. This chakra is responsible for our feelings of exhaustion, hopelessness, disconnection from reality, anxiety, and loneliness. The color red can help to bring harmony to this chakra by energizing your surroundings and your physical being. Wearing a garnet stone or eating berries in the color red can help you feel more confident.
Sacral Chakra
Orange is the color linked with the Sacral chakra, which is located in the pelvis. The adrenal glands and the genitourinary system are linked to it. Emotional and sexual basic needs, as well as creativity and self-confidence, are all governed by this chakra. A misaligned throat chakra can lead to feelings of loneliness and emotional disarray, as well as problems with substance abuse and reliance. Wearing a carnelian stone, increasing your intake of orange-colored foods, or donning orange apparel can all help to harmonize this chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra
It's the Solar Plexus chakra, the third of the chakras. The yellow color represents this chakra, which is located in the diaphragm and under the ribs. The digestive system and the adrenal glands are both linked to it. This chakra governs our sensations of strength, fear, and intuition. Fears, eating disorders, anxiety, and a lack of control are all symptoms of imbalance in this chakra. Yellow is a balancing color for this chakra, so use it in your home, wear a yellow citrine crystal, or put some in your water.
Heart Chakra
The color green represents the Heart Chakra, which is positioned in the center of your chest, close to your heart. The heart, the thymus, and the endocrine system are all intertwined. Compassion, self-love, connection, and security are all associated with this chakra. People who have this chakra out of balance experience feelings of hopelessness and rejection. Green plants, a green jade, and a diet rich in leafy greens are all ways to rebalance this chakra.
Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra, located in the throat region and linked to the color blue, is the chakra's sixth element. An important part of our nervous system called the hypothalamus is linked to the thyroid gland. We feel apprehensive, paralyzed, and uneasy when this chakra is out of harmony. Connecting to the ocean can help you achieve harmony with this chakra. A Lapis Lazuli stone can be worn, or blueberries can be eaten, to help you relax.
Third-Eye Chakra
The hue indigo is related with the Third-Eye chakra, which is placed between your eye brows. Instinct, ideas, and dreams are all controlled by the pineal gland which is linked to the hypothalamus. When this chakra is out of whack, we may experience mood swings, difficulties sleeping, and a lack of access to our intuition. Make sure you wear an azurite stone or utilize lavender essential oils in order to keep this chakra balanced.
Crown Chakra
The Crown chakra is placed at the top of your head and is related with the color violet. In this way, it is linked to the brain and the pituitary gland. It is linked to our spirituality, inner wisdom, and imagination. Feeling low, hopeless and disconnected are all symptoms of this chakra being out of balance. Wear amethyst, eat figs, and decorate your home with violets in order to harmonize this chakra.
