Is it bad to open chakras?
Although it is possible to achieve enlightenment via spiritual practice, the chakras are largely inactive in everyday life, according to the yoga philosophy. Ignorance is the end effect of this, not disease. This ignorance is characterized by a lack of knowledge of one's true Self, which is neither body nor mind, but thought-free awareness. However, a person can have all of his or her chakras open and he or she can still be thriving in many aspects of life. Chakra opening isn't about enhancing one's abilities in the mundane realms of human existence, rather it's about a journey to the immortal essence.
Traditional yoga sees the chakras as only having a secondary effect on physical functions.
Today, the chakras are commonly referred to as power centers within the physical body, with the sushumna nadi or central channel being recognized as the spine. Digestion, respiration, and reproduction are just a few of the physiological functions that the chakras influence. Traditional yoga, on the other hand, sees the chakras as only having a secondary effect on physical functions.
Chakras are often confused with their physical counterparts because of a lack of awareness of the subtle body's nature and function. The physical body's subtle twin, the subtle body, has a comparable shape and structure. Despite the fact that it is made up of a much finer matter than space in the physical world, it cannot be observed by the physical senses. To access it, we must enter a different realm of consciousness, which is generally only possible in a dream or after death. There would be no movement in the physical body without the subtle body, which serves as a conduit for life force. Although the veil of physical conditions obscures its activity, the subtle body is constantly operating within the physical body as the source of its energy.
The subtle body's chakras are not part of its normal functioning. Only in states of heightened awareness or spiritual awakening can they play a substantial role. To some extent, they reflect an opening or a merging of one's subtle body with the consciousness that exists beyond it. However, it is important to remember that the physical body and the subtle body are not the same thing, and that the spiritually expanded astral or subtle body is a completely different creature.
Kundalini
If the chakras are to be activated, they need a much higher amount of energy than the body can provide. Kundalini, or snake power, rests latent in the subtle body and serves this purpose. Not only is Kundalini not a physical force, but it is also not an energy that can be controlled by oneself. The concentrated energy of awareness or attentiveness is what we refer to as Kundalini. It is not a separate energy, but rather the energy that manifests with consciousness when it is no longer thought of as separate. In order to activate the kundalini, one must have complete concentration, as only then is one able to move beyond the limitations of cognition.
Prana, or life force, must enter the sushumna, or core channel, for kundalini to awaken. When the prana is disengaged from its fixation on the external world, this results in the prana being able to flow freely. Our life force cannot be withdrawn into the central channel as long as it is associated with the physical body and its functions. As a result, samadhi is required for the kundalini to be awakened and the chakras to be opened. Our physical bodies are often forgotten during this process, which begins with a deep trance-like state. Even in the waking state, it can be done without any bodily harm, but the physical body is no longer perceived as one's actual identity at that point.
The chakras are named after the elements they govern, which is a more accurate and straightforward manner of naming them.

How do you realign energy?
Anxiety has plagued me since I was a child. This caused my heart to rush, my mind to whirl, and my breathing to become shallow. A panic episode is unpleasant and occupies a large portion of your mental space. From “how long will this one last” to “oh no, when's the next one coming?”. In life, you're never quite sure where you stand.
I used to pray that the overwhelming feelings of anxiety and exhaustion would subside quickly. When I was younger, I didn't realize that my body was always in shock. Dissociation, paralysis, or hyperventilation as a result of too much energy. My spiritual mentors taught me how to employ breathwork and hypnosis as a holistic approach to dealing with my anxiety. In order to change my energy and align myself with the universe, I follow these seven steps!
Anxiety is triggered by a certain feeling before it reaches a high level or causes a panic attack. Your body goes into “fight, flight, or freeze” mode when you feel this way.
You can take steps to avoid anxiety in the future if you can pinpoint the emotion that sets it off.
Anxiety's location in the body is critical to our well-being. Our body's reaction to an emotional stimulus can be seen in real time. We can use heat or ice to ease some of the pain or discomfort by doing this step. You can also use this method to alleviate the sting of the shock.
Using ice can help you get back into your body and move your energy freely if you've become trapped or paralyzed.
Despite its simplicity, this step is not a breeze. Because of the mind-body link, I know that if I don't release the energy that is accumulating in my body, it can lead to illness. Somatic release is a way to physically alleviate the stress and exhaustion that you are feeling.
There are several ways you can express your feelings: yelling into a pillow, sobbing into a pillow, wailing into a pillow, or simply talking out loud.
Belief systems can play tricks on us, causing feelings of worry and overwhelm. To put it another way, our thoughts begin to whirl out of control. This is where your ego tries to prevent you from experiencing anything new. While your ego thinks you're shielding yourself, it's actually just putting you in a continuous cycle of tension, fear and stress.
Actions: The better your chances are of breaking out of this cycle and returning to a place of joy and freedom, the more you should focus on identifying the exact thoughts and limiting beliefs you're feeling at the moment.
Take the first step out of that old anxiety-inducing narrative by stepping out of your comfort zone. You are no longer participating in the dance and are instead taking a new path. By building on the work you performed in step 4, you'll be able to more easily recognize the new feelings you wish to experience.
Let your imagination run wild here! What you want your life to look and feel like is entirely up to you to construct. Imagining what it would be like to be calm, relaxed, peaceful, and joyful is one of the most significant steps in this process.
What would you do, how would you act, and where would you spend the majority of your time?
Determine the new behaviors and actions you will adopt to support those thoughts, feelings, and visions you've established in step 6.
Taking a thorough break from the system is necessary here. To begin taking massively aligned action, you must first break the loop. This is my favorite step because it's when you put your money where your mouth is and don't just speak about changing your life but actually take the required actions to do so.
A list of three to four simple actions you can do to pursue your goal is a good starting point.
Meditating daily, doing yoga and breathing with your palm on your heart are just a few of the ways you can cultivate peace of mind.
This is where you get to decide whether or not you deserve to feel peaceful and comfortable at any given time.. It's all up to you to decide whether or not you're ready to take the essential steps. In the beginning, it may take a long to get through. As you practice these procedures, you'll find that shifting your energy in a split second will become second nature to you. What are you waiting for? So proud of you for making the decision to take action and requesting greater tranquility, ease, and liberation into your life.
