Following your breath pattern, you can utilize a simple formula of breathing in what you want more of and breathing out something you want to release. as an example, “I take a deep breath of peace and exhale a deep breath of pandemonium.” Alternatively, simply repeat a word or phrase that represents how you wish to approach the time after your workout. “I am light,” “I am love,” “I am linked,” “I am grounded,” and so on “I am a powerful individual.”
