It's a wonderful moment to be alive. Fitness, therapy, yoga, meditation, functional medicine, energy work, and even life coaching have all been shattered by the expansion and commercialization of wellness. We're igniting change in novel and imaginative ways. No, therapy isn't going away anytime soon, and it shouldn't. Today, however, there are more possibilities than ever before.

What is the definition of life coaching? It can be anything you want it to be. As long as you are assisting someone in some way with their lives. You may design a practice that reflects who you are, what you've conquered, and what you're passionate about. 1. How does one go about becoming a life coach?

Unlike being a therapist, becoming a life coach requires only a desire to help people and a suitable course in which to learn basic tools and strategies. There is no official board for life coaching. This means that becoming a life coach requires a fraction of the time and money compared to becoming a therapist, which is a long and expensive process.
