What Are The 7 Spiritual Mountains

The Seven Summits are a collection of the highest mountain summits on each continent. Different lists have minor differences, but the core is often the same. The seven peaks are determined by the definition of a continent, namely the location of the continent's boundary. This results in two major points of variation: the first is Mont Blanc versus Mount Elbrus for Europe, which is determined by whether the crest of the Greater Caucasus Mountains is used to define the Greater Caucasus watershed, which marks the continental boundary between Asia and Europe for the region between the Black and Caspian seas; this classification would place Mount Elbrus in Asia rather than Europe; and the second is Puncak Jaya (also known as “Carstensz Pyramid”) for Asia. This results in a new list known as the “Eight Summits,” which includes both Puncak Jaya and Mount Kosciuszko, as well as the six summits on the other continents.

As a result, when Jesus speaks of mountains being moved or, more dramatically, ‘thrown into the sea' as a result of devout prayer (Matthew 17:20; 21:21), he is purposefully conjuring a human impossibility.

What are the seven pillars of influence?

It could be beneficial to take a step back and look at where we are as a culture and civilization. There are regions of influence in society that are referred to as “the seven pillars or mountains” Religion, commerce, government, education, medicine, the military, and entertainment and sports are all examples of these.

Each of these pillars has a positive or negative impact on our daily life. All seven pillars have fallen victim to evil at this time. That isn't to argue that everyone who works in these fields is evil.

We've all heard the statement, “It is only necessary for evil to prosper for decent folks to do nothing.” That is essentially what has occurred in our culture during the last 75 years. Good individuals were progressively pushed to the margins, and they reluctantly left. They were told that they had no right to impose their morality and ideas on others, so they remained mute and hoped that things would not deteriorate.

The issue was that by remaining silent, ordinary good people were handing up the ground of society's seven mountains or pillars. They were unaware that civilization had improved, even improved, because Christianity had conquered those mountains and erected those seven pillars over the period of two thousand years. The human condition had improved as a result of religion, human rights, economy, arts, and sciences. Of course, civilization was far from flawless, but it was far superior to any pagan culture. God was looking out for his people.

Prayer and sacrifice are required to reclaim the land we have lost. People must surrender their hearts and lives to God, relying on Him for all good. God will respond to our cries and bless us once more.

What does God say about mountains?

“Come up to Me on the mountain and stay there,” the LORD said to Moses, “and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commandment that I have inscribed for their education.”

“At the presence of the LORD, this Sinai, at the presence of the LORD, the God of Israel, the mountains trembled.”

I seek refuge in the LORD; how can you tell my soul to “flee as a bird to your mountain”?

Because He was angry, the earth shook and quaked, and the foundations of the mountains trembled and were shaken.

You are God from eternal to everlasting, even before the mountains were born or before you gave birth to the earth and the world.

The depths of the earth are in whose hands, and the tops of the mountains are likewise in His.

At the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of all the world, the mountains melted like wax.

From now on and forever, just as the mountains encircle Jerusalem, the LORD surrounds His people.

“For the mountains may fall and the hills may quake, but My lovingkindness will not be taken away from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shattered,” declares the LORD, who is compassionate toward you.

Oh, that You would rend the skies and descend, that the mountains would tremble in fear of You–

I looked up at the mountains, and they were trembling, and all the hills were swaying back and forth.

“I will also take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and set it out; I will pluck a tender one from the topmost of its young twigs and plant it on a high and lofty mountain,” declares the Lord GOD.

The high places of Aven, Israel's sin, shall also be destroyed. On their altars, thorn and thistle will grow; “Cover us!” they'll say to the mountains. “Fall on us!” yelled the hills.

And on that day, the mountains will drip with delicious wine, the hills will flow with milk, and all of Judah's brooks will flow with water; and a spring will spring forth from the LORD's house to water the valley of Shittim.

For behold, the LORD, the God of hosts, is he who creates the mountains and the wind, and discloses to man what is his mind, who makes the morning gloom, and treads on the earth's heights!

For behold, the LORD is ascending from His throne. He will descend and trample on the earth's high places. Mountains will melt under Him, and valleys will divide, like wax before a fire, like water poured down a steep incline.

Mountains tremble and hills crumble because of Him; indeed, the earth is upheaved by His presence, the world and all its inhabitants.

“Go up to the mountains, collect wood, and rebuild the temple,” declares the LORD, “so that I may be pleased with it and honored.”

‘What are you doing here, huge mountain? You will become a plain in front of Zerubbabel, and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”‘
