Acceptance

To practice acceptance, one needs do the following:
- Accept yourself as you are. Spirituality and continuous self-criticism are incompatible. To progress spiritually, you must first love yourself before moving on to the next step.
- Accept people for who they are. The courts should make the final decision. It has no place on a balanced spiritual path. Of course, accepting people goes hand in hand with something that many of us have struggled with at some point in our lives: forgiveness.
