An aura, also known as a human energy field, is a colored emanation that is supposed to encircle a human body, as well as any animal or object, according to spiritual beliefs. The aura is referred to as a subtle body in some esoteric perspectives. Psychics and holistic medicine practitioners frequently claim to be able to see an aura's size, color, and type of vibration.

In spiritual alternative medicine, the human aura is viewed as a hidden anatomy that reflects a client's state of being and health, and is typically thought to include vital force centers known as chakras. Such claims are pseudoscience since they are not backed up by scientific data. The ability to see auras has not been confirmed to exist in rigorous controlled trials.
How can I tell what my aura is?
Let's get one thing straight: everyone can read an aura. It ultimately boils down to following your gut. Take a minute to look in the mirror in front of a white background. Focus your attention on a point in the middle of your forehead. Examine the outer perimeter of your head and shoulders without shifting your eyes. Your aura is the hue that surrounds your head and shoulders.
Another approach to discover your aura is to spend one minute staring at your hands. Your aura is the glow you notice emanating from the outside lining of your hands. Please keep in mind that seeing your aura may take a few tries. It is said that practice makes perfect. We can begin once you have discovered and noted your aura.
What kind of auras are there?
Auras are divided into three categories: visual, sensory, and aphasic. The most prevalent aura is the visual aura, which accounts for 90% of all auras.
Seeing spots, zigzags, flashes, or even losing sight for a brief period of time can all be signs of a visual aura. Even though visual aura is the most frequent, it can be difficult to discern if it is occurring in one or both eyes, which can be confusing for both patients and physicians. Because it originates in the brain, a real aura will usually be seen in both eyes. A cortical spreading depression generates a minor deficit that grows more and larger in the occipital lobe, which is where most visual auras occur.
Sensory aura begins in the fingers and mouth, spreading outward or remaining as a tingling feeling. It can sometimes be a sensation on one side of the body. It usually has a slow and gradual onset, similar to visual aura.
Aphasic aura is a rare condition that causes trouble speaking. “As a result, they can't think of the words they want to say, or the words they say come out incorrectly,” Dr. Digre explains. It normally develops slowly and is followed by a headache, just like visual and sensory aura.
What color aura means?
Some people believe that the way these colors change and interact reflects your emotional, spiritual, and physical complexity.
Some layers, for example, are thought to be brighter if you are more lively or energetic. If you're under a lot of stress, sad, or physically ill, some layers may be dull.
Another thing to consider is that a lack of color isn't usually regarded as a cause for alarm.
How do you take a picture of your aura?
When I arrived, Lee was busy setting up her gear inside a geometric indoor tent. Despite my prior expertise with aura photography, I still had many questions. Lee, on the other hand, proposed that she capture my portrait first, and then we could dive into my enigmas after we had an image to work with. Â Photographing an aura takes roughly 10 seconds. You start by placing your palms on a pair of metal plates that are linked to a camera. The plates communicate information about your energy to the camera when the photographer presses the shutter button. In a printed Polaroid snapshot, colors matching to that energy show around your figure. Each shade has a variety of meanings, allowing the photographed individual to identify with their image however they see fit. Lee explained that the magenta in the region above my head represents artistic qualities, while the orange along the photo's edge could reflect a desire for new experiences. I'd say it's appropriate for a reporter on assignment.
What is a green aura?
For love, fidelity, trust, harmony, natural growth in all ways, and environmental concern; the hue of nature's kid.
POSITIVE QUALITIES: A rich, clear green displays a trusting, caring heart, one that is generous with time, love, and money, and speaks from the heart. A green aura indicates a person who is deeply in love. Emerald green denotes a natural healer, particularly in the alternative health profession, as well as someone who is naturally fortunate.
POSITIVE CHARACTERISTICS: Pale green connotes emotional reliance. A muddy, drab green can indicate conflicted feelings or a possible emotional vampire who drains others' energies. Possessiveness and emotional blackmail are both signs of yellowy green. Lime green could be a sign of stress in your current relationship. A hazy or dark green aura may signify those who love recklessly and excessively, or those who yearn for unrequited love.
What is a GREY aura?
The aura color gray has a regulating impact on the other aura colors. It has the ability to restrict and tone down the vibrant and dynamic energy that comes from stronger aura colors like red, orange, and yellow. Gray, on the other hand, highlights mellow colors like blue and green.
A gray aura color, in a nutshell, denotes impartiality, compromise, and control. Indecision, disinterest, detachment, and despair are all possible negative meanings of this aura color.
What aura color is the rarest?
White is regarded to be a very high vibrating hue, linked to pure light, from an energetic standpoint. “White is the rarest of all aura colors and denotes purity, integrity, and a high level of spirituality,” says spiritual author Shannon Kaiser to mbg.
Because it's linked to the head chakra, Kaiser believes it has something to do with universal energy and oneness. (However, I'll get to that later.)
White auras are bright and shining in general, according to Kaiser, and are connected with innocence, compassion, altruism, wisdom, resistance to corruption, healing abilities, divine connection, and higher awareness.
However, she warns that if the white appears dark or murky, it could signify “naiveté, judgment, self-sacrifice to the point of self-harm, and enabling people to fool or manipulate them in the hopes of discovering greater good.”
What is a lavender aura?
Lavender aura people are intuitive, artistic, and inventive. Their childish temperament frequently causes individuals to become engrossed in their fantasies and desires. Lavenders are also drawn to higher dimensions and the mystical, and as a result, they are more likely to investigate worlds and possibilities that are beyond physical limits.
