- Negativity generates lower frequency vibrations. Low-frequency vibrations are produced whenever you experience worry, wrath, fear, envy, or hatred. You're being dragged down by these low, heavy vibrations.
- Positive energy produces higher frequency vibrations. You produce high-frequency vibrations whenever you experience love, sympathy, confidence, gratitude, awe, or kinship. You will feel more energetic and cheery as a result of these lively, bouncing vibrations.
Higher frequencies are, in some ways, more potent than lower frequencies, according to spiritual vibration theory.
This means that if you increase your vibration, you can replace lower-frequency vibrations with higher-frequency vibrations. This isn't going to be simple, but it should be a little easier than you think!
What frequency do humans vibrate at?
The natural frequencies of the human spine and head are relatively big in all sections, as seen in Table 1. This is because the majority of these two sections are made up of hard bodies with a low degree of flexibility. Because both the thoracic cavity and the heart are muscular tissues with a high degree of flexibility, their frequency is roughly 5 Hz, which is quite low. Other areas, such as the pelvic cavity and the abdomen, have natural frequencies that are in the middle.
As a result, resonance is likely to develop within the cab, across the vehicle, and among the operator. If the special equipment driver is exposed to vibration for an extended period of time without control, motion, urinary, digestive, nervous, and cardiovascular system problems will develop. As a result, the vibration of the equipment must be kept within a suitable range to preserve the driver's physical and mental health. It has a frequency that is similar to the natural frequency of the chest and heart. As a result, it is vital to drive near to the seat in order to minimize resonance affecting the two sections. It can be combined with the seat to improve the natural frequency of the car as a whole while avoiding self-resonance. The vibration frequency of the most critical elements of the human body is usually between 3 and 17 Hz. The sensitive range in the vertical vibration of the human body, according to the International Standard ISO 2631, is 6 Hz8 Hz. Due to the vibration, the EMG and EEG energies will significantly increase in this range. The skeletal muscle contracts tightly when the body vibration frequency reaches 10 Hz20 Hz. The tendon reflex will thereafter be suppressed. According to the results of this unique equipment's tests, the machine has a natural frequency of around 4.8 Hz. The vehicle cab's first three order frequencies are 7.1 Hz, 7.8 Hz, and 12 Hz, which are near to the equipment's typical work condition frequency and the physical attributes of the driver. The skull and spine's inherent frequencies are closer to them. As a result, head fittings can be installed in the cab seat, and the head should be as close to the fixed slot as feasible, as well as the back of the body. By combining the seat with the rest of the system, it is able to efficiently avoid the resonance frequency region. Finally, the drivers' pain can be minimized to the greatest extent possible.
Conclusion
A special equipment cab system hammer test and the entire vehicle flat road motion test were conducted using the “people-oriented” concept in order to limit the operator's long-term operation of the special equipment, which may cause physical and mental health harm. The following conclusion can be drawn:
What is vibrational frequency spirituality?
The core idea behind vibrational frequency as a spiritual phenomena is that our bodies are made up of molecules that vibrate constantly, creating electromagnetic energy waves.
What are the 7 healing frequencies?
Solfeggio frequencies are nine tones based on numerology that have been utilized for centuries. These frequencies are said to cause good changes in persons who are near them.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
Guilt can be alleviated by using the healing sound frequency 396 Hz. This frequency clears the sensation of guilt, which is generally one of the most significant roadblocks to realization. Music's vibrations free you from feelings of shame and dread. This solfeggio frequency is also utilized to help people wake up and transform their grief into joy.
Benefits of 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency:-
- It removes all feelings of guilt, including guilt that is buried deep inside the subconscious mind.
- It assists you in overcoming fear, which is often the greatest impediment to achieving our objectives and goals.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
417 Hz is a wonderful solfeggio frequency that is said to remove all negativity from our lives. It is a frequency that can bring about change; it signifies the beginning of new beginnings in life, and it is so powerful that it can reverse and undo negative events.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
The 528Hz Solfeggio frequency is known as the Love Frequency, Miracle Tone, and Transformation Frequency. It is well-known for its tremendous transformational effects on the human body, as it aids in the reduction of the stress hormone cortisol in our bodies, as well as the positive impacts of increased energy. It also aids in the balancing and tuning of the Solar Plexus Chakra, resulting in increased self-esteem and confidence. When these two tremendous sources of sound and vibration are combined, the result is quite astounding.
Benefits of 528 Hz Solfeggio Frequency
- Heals the chakras, which has the added benefit of increasing the amount of energy.
- It also aids in the balancing and tuning of the Solar Plexus Chakra, resulting in increased self-esteem and confidence.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
We can connect and balance harmonious interpersonal relationships with the 639 Hz solfeggio frequency. This is utilized to promote peace to one's family, friends, and social circle. Communication, understanding, tolerance, and love are all enhanced by this ancient solfeggio frequency.
Benefits of 639 Hz frequency includes
- This tone is appropriate for dealing with issues in family, partner, and friend relationships.
- When it comes to biological operations, a frequency of 639 Hz can be employed to stimulate a cell to communicate with its surroundings.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
741 Hertz Solfeggio frequency is employed for problem-solving and intuition awakening. It protects cells from many types of electromagnetic radiation. This tone will lead to a life that is pure, stable, and spiritual. This solfeggio frequency can help you live a healthier, more uncomplicated existence.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
The Solfeggio Frequency 852 Hz is utilized to raise awareness and bring spiritual order back into the world. This frequency is designed to prepare a person for communication with the all-encompassing spirit. It allows the cell to change into a system with a higher energy level.
Hz Solfeggio Frequency
963 Hertz Solfeggio Frequency, also known as Pure Miracle Tones, is related with awakening intuition and stimulating the Pineal Gland. It wakes our crown chakra (Sahasrara), increases positive energy and vibrations, and assists us in connecting to our source. We are made up of energy and vibration. When the crown chakra awakens and opens, we achieve the greatest vibrational level possible, allowing us to access boundless cosmic energy. This frequency brings you closer to the spirit and restores any system to its natural, flawless state. It allows you to connect with the spiritual realm and feel Oneness.
Benefits of 963 Hz Solfeggio Frequency.
- When it's applied to a cell, it allows for “cellular enlightenment” and the cell's metamorphosis to a higher level.
- Assists us in returning to our source of Oneness. This frequency might help you reconnect with the rest of the world if you're feeling isolated.
How do you keep your vibration high?
You've probably heard that anything you put out into the world will come back to you, thanks to the Law of Attraction. What attracts like attracts like. This universal rule states that you are in charge of your life and may affect change by how you direct your thoughts and emotions.
Molecules vibrating at different speeds make up everything in the cosmos. Trees, bodies, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions are all examples of this. Everything in the human body vibrates, from physical substance to the way you communicate and the thoughts you have. To put it another way, certain molecules vibrate quicker than others; there are higher and lower vibrations.
Lower vibrations make you feel heavy, dark, and confused, but higher vibrations make you feel lighter, happier, and more at peace. Almost all spiritual traditions refer to greater levels of consciousness, and scientific investigations (such as those conducted by consciousness researcher and spirituality author Dr. David Hawkins) have quantified the vibrations of various states of being to develop a consciousness scale.
Right now, how are you vibrating? What about the rest of the world? Here are 12 tips to help you raise your vibration frequency.
1. Thankfulness
One of the quickest methods to raise your energy is to express gratitude. Stop reading right now and take a peek around the room. Turn your focus on what you are grateful for right now (there is always something). It could be your purring cat, the lovely weather, or the fact that you have another day on this planet. “You can't feel fear or rage and thankfulness at the same moment,” life coach Tony Robbins stated. As a result, if you find yourself experiencing a low-energy mood, try shifting your focus to appreciation. Make gratitude a habit, and you'll notice a shift in your perspective as you gain spiritual awareness and appreciation for the small things.
2. Infatuation
Bring to remember someone who is simple to love and cherish them in your heart. Consider how you would feel if he or she were seated in front of you. A sense of expansion, lightness, and enjoyment will overtake your existence, and that is the transformation you are seeking. Love is one of the highest vibrating states of being (the fourth highest level on Hawkins' scale of awareness) and has the ability to lift you out of the deepest of ditches. Your vitality will soar if you tune your heart to love.
3. Charitableness
It lowers your energy and makes you feel unpleasant when you are stingy or greedy with anything (love, attention, money). In fact, when you hang your happiness on someone other than yourself, you end up experiencing the polar opposite of how you want to feel. Generosity is the antidote. Offer whatever it is you want more of in your life to someone or something else. Are you down on your luck? Donate a small amount of money to charity. Are you lonely? Make an attempt to make someone you don't know smile. Have you run out of time? Donate your time to a worthwhile cause.
4. Breathwork and meditation
The research of Dr. Hawkins was founded on the premise that the more “true” something is, the higher its degree of consciousness (or vibration). As a result, you will resonate more harmoniously with the truth if you train yourself to be present with the moment you are in. The past and future exist only in your head; the only true reality is the present. Meditating and breathing consciously soothes your nervous system, enhances your mood, and increases emotions of peaceall of which are high-vibe attributes that will benefit your overall well-being. This spiritual practice aids in quickly raising your vibration level so that you can reap the advantages right now.
5. The ability to forgive
Blame has a low energy on Abraham-Hicks' emotional guidance scale. Blame is ranked 15th out of 22 emotions (in order of highest vibration to lowest vibration). If you can strive toward forgiveness, you'll be able to let go of the lower energy that can weigh you down like a bowling ball, and you'll be able to move up the scale.
Under any circumstance, one should forgive. It has been claimed that man's forgiving nature is responsible for the species' survival. Forgiveness is holiness; forgiveness holds the universe together. The might of the great is forgiveness. Forgiving is a form of self-sacrifice; forgiveness is mental peace. The attributes of the self-possessed are forgiveness and tenderness. They are symbols of eternal goodness.
6. Consume high-vibrational foods
Prana, or life force energy, is present in everything you consume. You will lower your vibration if you consume a lot of “dead” energy (meat, fried, or processed foods). Your body literally absorbs nutrient-dense, prana-rich meals like local and organic fruits and vegetables, making you feel lighter, more vibrant, and alive. Food with a high vibration raises a person's vibration.
7. Detoxify Your Body by Reducing or Eliminating Alcohol and Toxins
While it may make you feel wonderful for a short time, alcohol is a depressive that decreases your vibration. Eliminating toxins from your body is an excellent place to start if you want to be clear, spiritually connected, and have a healthy attitude on life. Adopt a more healthy and holistic way of life instead of numbing out and see if you don't feel more energetically affluent.
8. Focus on the positive aspects of your life.
You become what you think about, and each idea you have shapes your future. If your thoughts are pessimistic, anxious, or negative in any manner, you'll probably find what you're looking for. Impatience, jealousy, and unworthiness all invite more of the same into your life, just as thankfulness does. You may feel heavy and burdened as a result of this bad energy. It just takes 17 seconds for a thought to attract another one like it and trigger the Law of Attraction, so be careful what thoughts you pay attention to. Negative energy should be pushed away, and positive thoughts should be chosen instead, as they are the path to positive change.
9. Listen to high-octane music, watch high-octane television, read high-octane books, and see high-octane
Prana encompasses everything you consume, not just the food you eat. Make sure your entertainment is high-vibrational and leaves you feeling energized rather than exhausted. Do you feel energised or insecure when you use social media? Is that violent action movie genuinely making you feel better or making you feel worse? Do you listen to music with violent or low-vibration lyrics? What impact might switching your daily commute's music from death metal to mantras have on the course of your day? You'll find newfound vitality in your day if you're as careful about your media consumption as you are about the quality of the food you eat.
10. Surround yourself with things that are beautiful.
While you're at it, make sure your home and workplace environs reflect your sense of beauty, passion, and joy in life. The appropriate lighting may make a big difference in your productivity and attitude. Hang art that makes you feel good. Use hues that will help you relax and refresh. Reduce the amount of clutter in your home and make more room for clarity. Your environment has a significant impact on how you feel on the inside and how you live your life.
11. Take a Walk in the Park
Get some workout in the great outdoors for a double-whammy boost to your vibration. Allow the sun to shine on your face while you work up a sweat. Reconnect with Mother Nature by taking a break from the incessant buzz of energy and electronics. Even a few minutes spent outside thoughtfully can drastically change your mood, which is why taking a walk around the block when you're experiencing a mental block or a lover's quarrel can be so good.
12. Ensure that your relationships are thriving.
Finally, surround yourself with individuals who will help you rather than hinder you. Spend your time only with individuals who make you feel good about yourself, who believe in you, and who share your desire to resonate at a high frequency.
It's easy to fall to a sense of powerlessness when it comes to the planet's and all of its inhabitants' futures. However, focusing your efforts on increasing your energetic frequency is one of the most valuable gifts you can give the world. You draw people up with you when you lift yourself up. This is the only way you can help to raise the world's collective consciousness.
Does the universe have a frequency?
Why are certain things conscious while others appear to be unconscious? Is a rat aware of its surroundings? Is that a bat? Is that a cockroach? Is it a bacterium? What is an electron?
These are all components of the age-old “mind-body dilemma,” which has eluded a satisfactory conclusion for thousands of years.
After New York University philosopher David Chalmers coined the term “hard problem” of consciousness (usually capitalized nowadays) in a now classic 1995 paper and his 1996 book The Conscious Mind: In Search of a Fundamental Theory, the mind-body problem has undergone a major rebranding over the last two decades.
Fast forward to the present day, and we can now question, “Did the hippies really address this problem?” With the radical notion that it's all about vibrations… man, my colleague Jonathan Schooler of the University of California, Santa Barbara, and I believe they succeeded. We've developed a “resonance theory of consciousness” over the last decade, which argues that resonanceanother word for synchronized vibrationsis at the center of not only human awareness, but also physical reality in general.
So, how did the hippies fare? We can all agree that vibrations, or resonance, are the driving force behind human awareness, as well as animal consciousness in general. And, as I'll explain below, they're the fundamental process that allows all physical interactions to take place.
Everything in our cosmos is always moving and vibrating. Even objects that appear to be fixed vibrate, oscillate, and resonate at different frequencies. Resonance is a motion that is defined by oscillation between two states. Finally, all matter is nothing more than vibrations of numerous underlying fields.
When different vibrating things/processes come into close contact, an unusual occurrence occurs: they typically begin to vibrate at the same frequency after a short period of time. They “sync up” in a variety of ways, some of which are enigmatic. Today, this phenomenon is known as spontaneous self-organization.
Examining this occurrence can lead to profound insights on the nature of mind and the cosmos as a whole.
In his 2003 book, also titled Sync, Stephen Strogatz uses many examples from physics, biology, chemistry, and neurology to show what he labels “sync” (synchrony), including:
- Certain kinds of fireflies begin flashing their small fires in sync in big groups of fireflies, in ways that are difficult to explain using traditional methods.
- Large-scale neuron firing can occur at precise frequencies in human brains, and various types of neuronal synchronization are thought to be involved with mammalian consciousness.
- When photons of the same power and frequency are emitted at the same time, they form a laser.
- The revolution of the moon is perfectly synchronized with its orbit around the Earth, so we always view the same side.
Resonance is a really ubiquitous phenomena that lies at the basis of what can appear to be inexplicable self-organizational tendencies.
Pascal Fries, a German neurophysiologist at the Ernst Strüngmann Institute, has spent the last two decades studying how different electrical patterns in the brain, notably gamma, theta, and beta waves, interact to form different types of human consciousness.
The speed of electrical oscillations in distinct brain regions, as measured by electrodes on the exterior of the skull, is referred to by these terms. Gamma waves have a frequency of 30 to 90 cycles per second (Hz), theta waves have a frequency of 4 to 7 hz, and beta waves have a frequency of 12.5 to 30 hz. These aren't hard cutoffs; they're only guidelines, and they differ slightly between species.
As a result, theta and beta waves are far slower than gamma waves. However, the three collaborate to produce, or at the very least promote (the exact relationship between electrical brain patterns and consciousness is still a matter of discussion), diverse varieties of human consciousness.
“Communication through coherence,” or CTC, is how Fries refers to his concept. It's all about neural synchrony for Fries. Synchronization enables for smooth communication between neurons and groups of neurons in terms of shared electrical oscillation rates. Inputs enter at random periods of the neuron excitability cycle without coherence (synchronization) and are unsuccessful, or at least substantially less effective, in communication.
Our consciousness resonance hypothesis expands on the findings of Fries and others in a broader framework that can assist explain not only human and mammalian consciousness, but consciousness in general. We also ponder the nature of consciousness as a more general phenomena affecting all matter on a metaphysical level.
All objects, from electrons to atoms to molecules to bacteria to paramecia to mice, bats, rats, and so on, may be seen as at least a bit conscious based on their observed behavior. At first glance, this may appear unusual, but “panpsychism”the belief that all matter has some form of consciousnessis becoming a more widely recognized viewpoint on the nature of mind.
Consciousness (subjectivity) did not arise, according to the panpsychist; rather, it is always associated with matter, and vice versa (they are two sides of the same coin), but mind as associated with most of the matter in our universe is generally relatively simple. For example, an electron or an atom has only a sliver of consciousness. However, as matter “complexifies,” so does thought, and vice versa.
Biological species have used a variety of biophysical mechanisms, including electrical and electrochemical pathways, to facilitate faster information exchange. Because biological structures have substantially greater connectedness and hence more “going on” than boulders or a pile of sand, these faster information flows allow for more macro-scale levels of consciousness than would occur in similar-scale structures like boulders or a pile of sand. Thermal routes in boulders and sand piles are highly limited in bandwidth.
Boulders and sand piles are “mere aggregates,” or collections of more rudimentary aware creatures (perhaps at the atomic or molecular level only), rather than combinations of micro-conscious entities that combine to form a higher level macro-conscious entity, as biological life requires.
As a result, the type of communication that occurs between resonating structures is critical for awareness to evolve beyond the elementary level of consciousness that we anticipate to see in more basic physical structures.
Our approach's basic argument is that the specific linkages that allow macro-consciousness to arise are the product of a shared resonance among numerous micro-conscious constituents. The limiting criterion that defines the size of each conscious entity is the speed of the resonance waves that are present.
The conscious being grows larger and more sophisticated as a shared resonance expands to more and more members. As a result, the shared resonance in the human brain that produces gamma synchronization, for example, contains considerably more neurons and neural connections than beta or theta rhythms alone.
Our consciousness resonance theory aims to give a coherent framework that encompasses not only neuroscience and the study of human consciousness, but also more fundamental concerns in neurobiology and biophysics. It goes to the heart of the differences that matter in terms of awareness and physical system evolution.
It's all about vibrations, but it's also about the types of vibrations and, most crucially, the vibrations that are communicated.
What is a high vibration person?
On Pinterest and Instagram, you've probably seen it a million times. “Good Vibes Only” or “High Vibrational Living” are written on a colorful background. What exactly does that imply? What exactly is a vibe? What does it mean to have a high vibration? WHY SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?
Vibration is the abbreviated form of the word vibe, and everything created of energy vibrates. In modern times, quantum physics is demonstrating this, but you don't have to be a scientist to grasp the basics. If you recall your science lesson, you may recall the concept of atoms and molecules combining to form the matter states solids, liquids, and gases. An atom, the smallest unit, is formed of energy and vibrates ceaselessly. If everything is made up of atoms, everything is made up of energy that is continually vibrating. You can see how everything has a vibrational frequency if you use this concept as a framework.
Is it getting a little too sciencey for you? Consider it this way: you can't see wifi, but your devices can detect it. When you go into a room, you may not notice the wifi vibrations, but they are all around you, and your devices can match their vibrating frequency. We are energy surrounded by diverse vibrational frequencies in a sea of energy. These vibrations or waves are constantly being received and sent by us “vibes.”
When you come into a place and it's eerily quiet “You've picked up on its mood by saying “feels odd.” When you chat to someone and instantly click with them, you've matched their energy.
Vibration is never consistent; it changes all the time. Our vibes can change depending on our attitude, health, strength, personal choices, and the energy we are surrounded by. Gratitude, love, joy, spending time in nature, sunshine, yoga, raw nutritious foods, beautiful music, and so on are all related with higher frequencies/vibrations. Envy, jealousy, toxic people, poisonous relationships, electronics, disputes, violence, junk food, drugs and alcohol, resentment, wrath, and other negative emotions produce lower vibrations.
The concept of high vibrational living is to increase your own vibration by bringing more positive vibes into your life. You feel better, lighter, full of love, cheerful, and have a larger sense of self when you vibrate at a higher frequency, to mention a few benefits.
Being human has the advantage of allowing us to choose our vibrations. We can select whether we want to vibrate at a higher or lower frequency than we are now. Would I prefer to be in a good mood or to be irritated? Is today going to be a good day or a bad day? Simple changes in attitude can have a huge impact on our mood. A MAJOR KEY TO LIVING A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE IS CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSING OUR VIBRATION.
Everything we eat, listen to, and drink has an impact on our mood, so pay attention to where your food comes from, what you're listening to, and how much you're drinking. Pay attention to what you're watching, who you're spending time with, and what you're consuming.
We have complete control over who enters our space and what vibes/energy they bring with them. We can choose whether to allow in the good or the negative. I'm not sure about you, but I'm going with GOOD. ONLY VIBES.
Can music raise your vibration?
Music is one of the most underappreciated ways to instantly increase your frequency. Because music is essentially vibrations, sound has a significant effect on humans, and listening to certain vibrations can help you raise your vibe.
Music has been proven to influence your mood and even work as a sort of therapy, not just to assist increase your mood but also to relieve anxiety and tension, according to studies.
The best part is that music is always available to you. So, the next time you're down, turn on your favorite playlist and enjoy the advantages of sound healing through music in a matter of seconds.
Movement
I often preach about using movement as a method to raise your vibration because I believe it is vitally necessary for releasing low vibration emotions. How do you expect higher vibes to flow in if you don't let go of the lower vibe emotions?
It's similar like purchasing a new couch: the old one must be moved to make way for the new.
You can use movement to move energy that has been stagnant or imprisoned in your body. It enables you to let go of anxieties, anxiety, stress, and other negative emotions. And I'm sure I don't need to cite a study to show that exercise can improve your mood; it's just common knowledge these days.
However, a full workout isn't required to boost your vitality. While I love yoga, I also believe that ordinary activity, such as walking, is beneficial. Have a dance party if you need something even faster!
Close your eyes, switch on some music (you're now using two tools!) and simply let your body move to the music in whatever way it wants. That is true magic, and I guarantee you will feel much better in a matter of seconds.
Appreciation & gratitude
Gratitude and appreciation have the same frequency, therefore practicing one or the other can significantly improve your mood. It could be as simple as saying thank you or sending a text to a buddy to express your gratitude.
Gratitude and showing appreciation require very little effort, but because it is not a habit, people find it difficult to do so on a regular basis. However, if you're committed to raising your vibrational frequency, you can do so quickly and effortlessly at any time of the day to reap the benefits right away.
I love this video that shows how sending a letter of appreciation to someone makes you happier, and then taking it a step further and phoning the person you wrote the letter to and reading it to them makes both of you happier.
Smiling and laughing
This is the simplest instrument for changing your vibration, and all it takes is for you to remember to do it, which is to grin! It doesn't matter whether you're cranky, depressed, or gloomy AF; just smiling for a second can fool your brain into thinking you're happier.
Just like frowning might make you feel sadder, scowling can make you feel more serious.
Also, when you laugh, you produce feel-good chemicals and experience an increase in happiness!
If you need a good laugh, turn on a humorous video on YouTube or go through your favorite meme account on Instagram. You'll feel better in no time!
Change your surroundings
People often make excuses for not using this tool, arguing that they can't change their environment, but I invite you to consider whether you're overcomplicating it.
You don't have to change your surroundings indefinitely; it could simply be for a few minutes to get you out of your current situation.
If you're at work, a quick walk to the bathroom or up and down the hallway a few times will help you feel better.
I work from home, and I go insane if I work from home every day or in the same room. I frequently go to a coffee shop to work in order to mix things up, be inspired by different settings, and keep my spirits up so I don't get bored working in the same area all the time.
Connecting to nature is the best approach to shift your vibration with your environment. Get outside if you can, breathe in the fresh air, hug a tree if you feel so inclined, stroke the bark with your fingertips, or take off your shoes and feel the grass blades on your skin.
Nature has also been shown to improve your mood by assisting you in becoming more nicer, happier, and creative.
The most important message from this post is that you can modify your vibration right now with simple techniques.
If you're worried you'll forget to use these strategies to raise your vibratory frequency, set reminders on your phone or computer's calendar or set alarms that simply remind you to move, smile, listen to music, get outside, or express thankfulness.
Enjoy your day, my reader, and may it be full with high-vibrational ideas, positive energy, and plenty of enjoyment!
