Can Kundalini Yoga get you high?
We can not only feel a higher ‘high' by practicing Kundalini Yoga, but we can also restore our neurological system and brain. It's not a passing ‘high,' but a lifelong spiritual experience with no negative consequences.
What can I expect from Kundalini Yoga?
A typical Kundalini yoga session consists of three parts: an introductory chant (known as a kriya), a kriya (known as a kriya), and a kriya (known as “A brief warm-up for your spine, a kriya (a sequence of postures linked with breathing exercises), and a closing meditation or song are all included.
Each kriyaSanskrit for “movement”is a Sanskrit word that means “movement.” “action”involves combining a physical stance with breathing or meditation. Seal your lips and breathe in and out of your nose at a rate of two to three breaths per second to perform Breath of Fire. Expel the air in forceful spurts when you breathe to engage your core.
Kundalini yoga also incorporates chanting and singing. You can recite a limitless number of mantras and songs during your practice, but most sessions begin with the Adi Mantra, which means “I bow to the divine teacher within, the subtle divine wisdom.” Sat Nam, which means “I am,” is another chant you'll hear in a Kundalini class “I am reality.”
A meditation-heavy lesson is also on the cards. Each set of Kundalini yoga poses includes movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and recitation of a mantra. You'll have a minute or two between poses to relax and focus inside. After the complete set, there is a relaxation, then a meditation, and finally a mantra before class ends.
Bonus: While you are not required to wear all white, it is customary in Kundalini. Because the color white is supposed to ward off negative energy and extend your own aura, it's a good idea to wear it. To retain the energy within the body, teachers frequently wear a white head covering such as a hat, scarf, or turban.
What happens when you activate your Kundalini?
People are sometimes unprepared, or the process begins spontaneously without their knowledge. People who endure inner instability, total breakdown, or spiritual distress, resulting in a catastrophic life crisis, are examples of this. Disgraceful fitness and lifestyle behaviors, such as hard workouts, drug usage, abusive or traumatic situations, and so on, cause Kundalini energy to spontaneously emerge.
The immense strength of Kundalini Shakti energy, once awakened, radically transforms a person's life. He or she can go through a lot of social and emotional changes. Is Kundalini Yoga bad?

Unfortunately, some Kundalini master teachers do not appear to be capable of successfully guiding all of their students (yet). Some gurus have been able to quickly build their own Kundalini energy experience, making them look appropriate within the yoga community. This does not, however, imply that you can effortlessly guide others through the same process.
Because it can bring up raw emotion, Kundalini Yoga can be a frightening and anxiety-inducing experience. Having a terrible experience with this method might range from being disappointed because you've been practicing for a few months and haven't seen any results to full-fledged psychotic episodes triggered by the severe yoga experience.

Is kundalini awakening permanent?

Can Kundalini awaken naturally?

“The Kundalini rising is an automatic process that happensand it can happen under any form of spiritual discipline, any style of yoga,” says Krishna Kaur, a Kundalini yoga teacher.
You may eventually become so neutral and balanced “that you know you've reached a place of total awakened-ness” through the practice of enriching your spirituality and inner world, Kaur notes, adding that she does not teach people to raise their Kundalini energy with an awakening as the goaland does not believe people should attempt it.
